My family and I have been using Razorback Electric & Air for almost 20 years now. They are truly the best around. Their communication and timing is always impeccable and their technicians are skilled, friendly and reliable. I've refered them out over the years to family and friends and everyone is always super pleased. They've even come out on short notice to help with my AC in the middle of the summer. I cant recommend Razorback enough. Best around.

We wanted to update our old fixtures, switches, and speakers. Before they got there everything was working and when they left and never came back we had over 15 electrical issues with the house. We told them we would not pay for the rest of the work (per contract) until the issues were addressed. They tried to charge us 32 hours of work for one 3 way switch they couldn't figure out (that was working before they got there) keep in mind it's $150/hour. Almost 4K for them to work on a switch that was already working from the beginning. Also we wanted smart switches so they bought a cheap smart switch from Poland that doesn't even come close to working for the square footage in our house and it took weeks to have them remove and return them. Weeks without lights in some rooms..... then my favorite part was we got added to an email chain with the owner of the company and a few workers saying to put a lean on the house and laughing about it because we wouldn't pay the final bill when most of our electric issues were worse than before they came there. All we asked was for them to get everything working and we would pay them but instead we had to work with another company that fixed all of the issues in a day and razorback took weeks and weeks and still didn't resolve anything.

This business takes advantage of those unfamiliar with troubleshooting or diagnosing a solution. It charges $175 per hour for two hours of work on a problem that took 15 minutes to diagnose. It also charges $800 to tie into a light 6 feet away and $350 to diagnose.
The HOA where I live asked if I could tell them why emergency lighting in a stairwell stopped working. The direct line was dead, and there was No power. The breaker was good because the light worked in a storage room 6 ft from the outage. Remember to always ask for a FREE quote. If a trade is billing you for a quote, move on. It took me 15 min to tell them how to move forward. The Board President and treasurer were not happy with the outcome of the service; the property manager was a woman, and she was clueless.""

a/c technicians josh & justin were the best.
arrived on time and knew how to do everything required to install a full a/c system: condenser, air handler in the attic, & new thermostat. very professional, answered all my questions, and both techs worked very efficiently as a team.

these are some of the rudest most ignorant people I have ever dealt with in my life!! they were at my condo months ago and I was never notified about the power being off. I asked the head guy there what the deal was and he was extremely rude and it turned into a screaming match now every time the guy is on our property he's staring me down and making nasty comments. honestly I don't feel safe being in my condo when they are outside. the owner is mentally unhinged and has some major anger issues. think I might have to file a police report l. This dude seriously wants to fight. Highly unprofessional employees do not recommend unless you like getting threatened and harassed on your own property

Run away from this business!!

We had a fairly small job at the house, hanging new fixtures/chandelier, and installing a few new outlets. These people destroyed our brand new hardwood floors dragging tools. After initially agreeing in writing to make things right and order/install replacement fixtures and new damaged flooring, the tech (Ren), manager (Bob) and front office (Karen) employed deceptive and fraudulent delay tactics. Ultimately, rather than honoring their commitments, they retained a law firm to try coerce payment and continue to employ such deceptive practices. RUN!!
