I am very capable of hanging lights and fans myself but I thought that installing electrical boxes in the ceiling was just a little bit too much for me. I called Razorback and they set up an appointment within days. They let me know when they were coming and they showed up on time. Another electrician hung a couple of light kits on my ceiling fans last year. One of the lights had problems. I called that electrician back; he never returned my call. I called Razorback after seeing reviews. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and solved the problem as well as gave me advice for a couple of other things around the home. The guys also asked if there was anything else I needed to have looked at. Their office is great with confirming and follow-up. This is my go-to company from now on.

Called for service last week, and was scheduled for the following week on Tuesday, between 12 - 2. Just before 2:00 the office calls and tells me the tech is running behind. I asked specifically how far behind, because I thought maybe I could at least run out and do some errands I needed to do. I was he was just running a little behind, and he would be to my place between 2 - 3. Waited here again until I was called around 3:45, and was told the tech would not be making it. Wasted all day waiting around for nothing. And to make it worse, I was asked to wait longer, just to have them still not show up.

Then you would think I would be a top priority as far as re-scheduling. But no, I was told possibly later on in the evening later this week, or they had availability next week. What?? So if the company missed their appointment, now I have to go back to the end of the line...I told the lady that I really needed this work done, and that I was leaving town on Thursday. I would expect after the pretty major inconvenience, that they could look into getting this done for me before I had to leave town, but I was basically told it is what it is.
