Ray and his son Ray are great! They responded quickly to my call via text and were very communicative! They hung two light fixtures for me and switched out two light switches. One of the light fixtures didn't come with the right attachments, so he instructed us what we needed. When the store didn't have it, he went out to his truck and made his own solution which looks great! They were fun to have around and did great work. He even offered to clean off the fixture after he installed it! Prices were fair and I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!

Cannot thank Ray and his son Ray enough for saving the day! One electrician had backed out and needed some work done that day. I called in the afternoon but Ray was able to get his son over here to do the work I needed done.

Work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. The other electricians I had talked to before hiring the flake electrician were giving me quotes that of over $650 for work that would only take about 2.5 hours to complete.

We will be calling Ray back out soon to do some additional work for us. I think saying I will be a repeat customer is one of the best reviews I can give. Thank you Ray and Ray.

Ray was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician. Communicated with me throughout the whole process. Wow! What can I say? I received the most incredible customer service from Ray. He was so personable and took the initial call personally. I called a ton of electricians and they all said sorry, ""they"" are in the field and can't call you but you can set up a consult and you can pay $$ but not have the chance to chat with someone first. So, I kept looking and so glad I did. Ray was awesome and new his stuff. He was patient and really explained things to me. He had diagnosed it almost perfectly by phone and said but I have to really see it so I'll come look at it to confirm. It does not get better than that. I was thrilled and would definitely call him again!

I called Ray about my electrical problem and he was promptly at my condo and troubleshooting the issue. Very professional and an overall nice guy, as well as his sons who came to assist. I called 3 different electricians in my area and Ray was the only one to call me back the same day (or at all). Ray and his sons were very nice and installed an unusual ceiling fan for us and installed a GFCI outlet switch. The were quick and neat and reasonably priced.

I have to agree with everyone else who has written a review for Ray Mount. Wow! So professional, courteous, fast (same day service), and knowledgeable. What I thought was going to be a nightmare job (my old garbage disposal went out, and the new ones are not hard wired, so before a new one could be installed, I had to have an outlet installed) turned into a very quick, pleasurable experience. They did the job in no time and were nice and funny while they did it. They were also really sweet to my cat and even asked about the other one (shy and hiding upstairs). As a cat person, that is really appreciated. Outstanding service overall. I highly recommend!

As someone who has had a LOT of repair personnel in and out of my house, Ray Mount was by far the nicest and most professional I've seen. They quoted me over the phone (without witnessing the job first) and stuck to their low quote. Home repairs don't get easier than that.
