Good customer service. The quality of the work was good, communication was good, and the price was great. The electrician came and assessed the issue and explained what needed to be done in the given time frame. I will be using this company again and will also use them for the business property.

Out teaching my 15yr old to drive when ""The Owner"" (from what he yelled out the window) started tailgating my son while flashing his high beams. After waving for him to go around because he was in the slow land dribong the speed limit, the driver/owner started flipping us off while continuing to tail gate is. he then drove around and in front of us while yelling and still flipping us off. While starting to record him that's when he smiled and said ""Go ahead and call. I'm the owner""

All of this wouldn't have been such a big deal if he wasn't acting this way towards a juvenil. Great character this man has. Great way to show your company what type of leader it has & great way to show patience and respect to the youth.

I had these guys come out and pull new service to my house when a storm damaged the old one. They communicated well, were priced lower than their competitors, and did an outstanding job. They finished the job on time and very professionally. We are very pleased with the work and price and will use this contractor again if needed.

First, everyone we interacted with (over the phone and the electrician who came out), where nice and professional, and they seem to know what they were doing. All that is appreciated and by itself would lead to a 5-star review and a repeat customer. My issues are with this company's billing practices. Their office is close and it took them about 10 minutes to arrive after they called and asked to come over (they had an opening prior to our scheduled appointment). The electrician then spent less than 10 minutes addressing the issue, which fortunately ended up just being some loose wires that needed tightening. All said and done, we were then billed for 2 hours of manual labor and a $20 gas charge. I do not approve of such practices, and unfortunately would not be able to trust another service call with them and the resulting fees charged.

Martin was the absolute best! I tried to do some ""minor"" electrical work, and messed up royally. He came out, diagnosed my electrical problem and even took the time to explain as he worked. His years of experience, awesome customer service and all around pride in a the quality of his work made this one of the best service calls I have ever made. Fair price point and quick impeccable service.

Raw Electrical saved my Christmas!!!!

With a family Christmas party in 1 day, the outlets in my living room stopped working. After a self diagnosis, I figured the breaker to that room was faulty.

Raw electrical was able to squeeze me in the same day and replace the breaker. Our Christmas tree is lit up once again and Raw Electrical saved our Christmas!!!! Thank you so much!

Jose came out to the house within an hour after our cable/internet and living room lights went out. Polite and quickly diagnosed the problem as two circuit breakers in our panel dead from water getting in there from the recent bad rain. He bought the new breakers and installed them well and showed us how to close our circuit panel door better in future to prevent water from getting in in future. Martin called and sent us reasonable e-bill and was helpful as well. Thank you Raw Electric!

Nice staff, and they do some good work, but my experience wasn't the best. The more I looked around my house, the more dents and scratches I found on my brand new furniture l that I waited months to receive. So far I've been able to replace a couple things, thankfully, but others I wasn't so fortunate with. Also, I had to completely rewire two of the wall switches they installed because they kept flickering, and one just stopped working all together.

Again, I think they're very friendly, but a bit careless when it comes to working around expensive furniture.

I love supporting locally owned businesses, especially when they are top notch like RAW. I needed to have two floodlights changed out and a Ring camera installed. I called them on a Wednesday and Arthur (co owner) did say they were booked the rest of the week but if he could call me back on Thursday, he should be able to see if he can send someone out on Friday. He did come out Friday as he indicated and completed the job in a timely and cost effective manner. But what really earned the company 5 stars was the fact that Arthur went above and beyond and stayed and assisted me in setting up my Ring app (he himself owned the product). He even showed me an app to test my wifi speed. I highly recommend this company. They are not only fair in pricing and know what they are doing, they go above and beyond in the customer service department.
