RAW Electric is a great find. Jim has many mnay years as an electician and has run his own company now for several years. He does all his own work--just what I wanted-- a very experienced, honest, craftsman who cares. The business is BBB Accredited and has excellent reviews. I was having trouble with a fan; he came over and fixed it quickly. His fee was very reasonable. He also helped me with advice my kitchen lighting--I have been trying to convert to energy saving bulbs but was confused withthe options. He told me the best way to do it, and was very specific about the Light ""colro"" levels. I took his advice and did what he said. Our kitchen looks GREAT--and with low power consumptionand no heat! And I now can go about changing the other bulbs in the house with confidence that I know what to buy. Really nice guy, Very Very knowledgeable and very very helpful He is now MY electrician. I don't think I have ever worked with a more professional company! Jim and Teri are phenomenal! First of all, the communication is fantastic....secondly, Jim has got to be the most knowledgeable person I know in electrical and lighting. He gave us a great education on lighting and laid out our kitchen lighting beautifully. The great thing is you can't even tell he was ever there. He came in did the job cleaned up fantastic and left us a beautiful kitchen with the hanging light and canned lighting as well. Jim and Teri thank you so much for everything you do. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone that needs electrical work! We used RAW electric to have an outlet added to the wall to hang our TV. Jim arrived promptly and did a great job for a reasonable price. He was very neat & cleaned up after himself so no clean up for me. He was very friendly & knowledge and would definitely used them again for any electrically needs.

I've never had better service from a trade provider.

We called Jim and crew based on reviews to sort out a GFCI issue we had and also run a new line for our hot tub.

He spent a good hour on the phone with me, off hours, trying to sort it out on before coming out. He was trying to save ME money for a simple fix. We couldn't get it done and got scheduled for a visit.

He came out, spent a solid 2 hours sorting out the GFCI issue, which turned out to be a weird builder issue, and then hooked up our hot tub temporarily until he could come out for a proper fix.

He came out a few weeks later to run a 220 line for us for a permanent hot tub fix. His rates are very good and he cares about doing a great job.

On the day of service, he showed up promptly and did an amazing job. He even took the time to educate me on the basics of wiring so that I could replace the other outlets on my own. I used Jim Lockhart of Raw Electric to install 3 canned lights in our great room and he did a phenomenal job. He listened to what we needed but also made suggestions based on his knowledge and experience. He was thorough and went through measurements. He used plastic sheets and tarps to ensure his work area had protection from all the sheetrock and blow insulation dust. We are very happy with the quality of his work, his professionalism, and pricing is reasonable. We highly recommend him and will use him again for future electrical jobs.
