I asked for a quote in July. Didn't hear a peep for 3 weeks. I then started calling and kept being told they were working on it. It's now November and I have moved on in life. If you need your project done with a year, you may want to try someone else.
I can't comment on the quality of the work cause they never did anything.
Just called to schedule an estimate; mentioned to the receptionist that I thought I had a bad GFCI; she passed me off to some lady-told her I needed to schedule an estimate (someone to come to my condo and look at the issue I was having with a GFCI)
she stated that ""they don't do that"" (this is a company of electricians, right?) and they couldn't do this and that; then she proceeded to quote me the rates per hour for troubleshooting??? So I asked her to clarify as it seemed like they couldn't help me. She became very irritated and condescending, she said, ""I've already explained this 3 times...""
If she had asked, I would have explained in great detail what I had already learned from my pre-purchase home inspection, but nope.
I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to and she just went silent. She didn't even asked and assumed she knew everything about the scenario.
I'm convinced the electricians that work for Raven Electric would have been quick and helpful to give me an accurate idea of a way to proceed; but this office tyrant lady immediately lost my business for good.
Matt diagnosed and fixed my problem in twenty minutes, we have been living in this residence for 15 years with the previous owners mistake in wiring.
We can now turn the light on and off at three different locations. Very happy with Raven electric!

We couldn't be happier with Raven Electric! We did have to wait a bit for an appointment-but I was very pleased someone answered the phone when I first called, and scheduled an appointment. I had tried another company and left a message, no one ever called me back. Our situation wasn't drastic and it was no problem to wait. I'm so glad we did!
Jessie came out and provided exemplary service. Troubleshooted our problem, very professional. At one point he was apologetic he might be leaving some fingerprints, and when I said it was no worry he said ""I like to take pride in my work."", which I thought was wonderful.

Raven electric scheduled me for a basic maintenance call and they had someone out within 24-48 hours. Their employee was very knowledgeable and gave me any information I needed when asked. I recommend them any time.
ADDENDUM
A few days after I posted my previous review Dave, the owner, called me. He said that he had not been told the whole story and didn't understand the scope of my frustration and dissatisfaction until he read my review. He apologized. He said the communication issues I described have been addressed. He sent me a check for $400.
Based on that I would recommend you try them, see how it goes, and post your own review.
I called and was booked an appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time and was very professional.
I had an electrical disaster at my BBQ stand. Raven electric sent Rick out. He is one of their veteran electricians. He did an amazing job and tried his best to save me as much money as possible while educating me along the way. He turned a disastrous event into a pleasant experience. From now on they will be my for any serious electrical issues.
I called about a problem and they were able to resolve it over the phone so that I did not have to pay for their services. I really appreciate them taking their time free of charge to help me resolve my issue. I plan on paying them for services in the future if I need something else!
Stephanie was incredibly professional and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I would recommend her and Raven Electric to anyone.
