I initially rated one star due to a schedule issue, however they came out first thing the next morning and were quick to solve the issue. The technician was professional and took the time to explain the issue and how to avoid future problems. I rent so this was at no cost to me, but I would recommend this company to anyone because so often you hear about unnecessary charges and the only charge was the service call fee.
