Raptor Electrical Services did an amazing job! Not only did they really help out by squeezing me into their busy schedule, they were also so efficient and did a fantastic job. I aired my concerns to them and they addressed every single one and came up with a solution on the same day. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. 10,0000 out of 10, would highly recommend them.
They even fixed my builder's error by adjusting one of the power sockets that was crooked. The attention to detail is above reproach.

In all the homes I've owned and different trades I've worked with, Raptor Electrical Services is one of the most professional and high quality I've had do work for me. I worked with Alejandro on having an inlet box and transfer switch installed in my home, so I could use a portable generator to power essentials during an outage.

Alejandro did an initial estimate with pictures, and then came over to do a more detailed review of the project. His communication was always prompt, price was fair and the quality of work is amazing. If you're looking for an electrician, I highly recommend going with Raptor Electrical Services. I would trust them to do work for my friends and family any time.

Alejandro was fantastic! We had those ugly fluorescent lights in our kitchen and I've been wanting to switch them out for quite some time. However, the task seemed daunting and spending $$$ wasn't something I was excited to do. I decided to call a few places for quotes.

You wouldn't believe how hard it is for someone to return a phone call. Are you kidding me? However - Raptor was different. I inquired via their website and within 30 minutes received a call back asking a few more questions about what I was looking for. They told me Alejandro would call me later that day to discuss. And guess what? He did! We discussed it, I sent him a few photos, he gave me a rough price estimate and scheduled for him to come out and look at it in person. He came the next day, provided a quote and got us scheduled for just a few days later.

He installed 9 recessed can lights as well as dimmer switches in our kitchen and y'all.. it looks sooo good! I wish I would have done this a long time ago.

He has another team out here today (they are in the kitchen working as I type this review). They are filling the hole(s) from those ugly fluorescent light fixtures.

His team has been excellent. Very communicative, pricing is reasonable and fair. I 100% will call Alejandro and his team for any future electrical needs.

While up in our attic yesterday he noticed that our AC drain pan was leaking and the unit didn't look right. He was under no obligation to tell me about what he saw, but he did and I am so grateful. He took photos while up there and sent them to me. Cue the panic though...AC issues in Texas? That's immediately a scary thought especially as we are gearing up for the summer heat. I was able to call an AC Company who came out today and was able to get it fixed before it became a disaster situation. If you're looking for an AC company, I highly recommend ""The Coolest!"". They were phenomenal too.

Very grateful for Alejandro. Honest, hardworking and reliable. Give him a call!!

When I called for a estimate, I shared what was needed for what I was told from my previous electrical company that was no longer taking new business. The gave me a quote so I'd know what to expect. The price quotes was almost 3x the price and I was told good luck finding the price I was quoted before. Very rude.

*Update* Owner Luis kept repeatedly trying to call me. 3 calls back to back. After the bad experience just trying to get a quote, then to be harassed on the phone is unacceptable. You should never abuse customer information and call without my permission since I didn't sign a co Tracy to work with your company. Glad I didn't use his business. I had to block his number.

Luis and Alejandro were amazing to work with. We had contacted multiple electricians who were unable or too busy to take on the task of installing a 240v connection for our hot tub and Raptor Electrical Services jumped at the opportunity. From the start, they were very easy to work with and immediately scheduled a video call to discuss options for installing a sub panel and hot tub panel and soon after, scheduled the installation in a timely manner. Following arrival of the hot tub, we had a few hiccups with the hot tub installation (from the hot tub vendor) and Luis was quick to respond and assist with further installation needs. Thanks to Raptor we have a fully functioning hot tub! If in need of electrical services, we would definitely recommend Luis and Alejandro.

Great, professional and efficient service and reasonably priced! I had an electrical issue in my home, requested a quote and within 10 min, Alejandro called for a consultation and within an hour was able to make it to my home (on a Friday afternoon no less). He was friendly, professional and very efficient and was able to diagnose and fix my issue quickly (all COVID protocols followed). The electrician showed up on time under severe icy weather. He also called when he was on his way. He installed a EV charger for my Tesla. The price is very reasonable. Alejandro is very respectful and professional. Compared to another big company I called who charges a trip fee just to take a look and give an unreasonable quote, this company is absolutely the best. I highly recommend them.

They have helped me twice over the last two weeks and I appreciate their skills very much. First of all, they were great communicators, which can be a challenge at times when dealing with contractors. Phone calls and texts are answered and schedules are kept. Then updates on arrival, the work performed and the outcomes are communicated continuously. Follow-up was needed on the first issue and Alejandro very quickly made it back out to correct the problem. I am a huge fan, so when I needed their help again a couple of weeks later on another issue, I called and had the same great service as the first time. This is a great, reliable business to deal with your electrical needs and I recommend them highly!
