From the start of the experience, I felt confident in Randy. When he arrived, he was direct with his questions so that he could diagnose the issue. He quickly knew what to do and got the outlet repairs completed! During the service, he even thoroughly explained the reasoning behind what he was doing and by the end of everything, all my outlets worked and I was a happy camper.

So happy with our new kitchen lights. A great update from the original 43 year old lighting space and old botched job. Couldn't be happier with Randy helping create the design and showed some extra care with the details! Remote ribbon lighting that changes color, brightness and changes color while music is playing if you want. Loving the new dimming lights also!! He even added lighting to an area that was dark and had no lighting so we could see in our pantry.

I rarely write reviews, if ever, but I had such a positive experience with Rapid Home Services (Randy) that I feel compelled to pay it forward. After submitting a request for a quote one afternoon regarding a new gas appliance hookup, Randy and I briefly chatted on Yelp before he offered to come by our home before calling it a day - he claimed it was on the way, but I know that was a bit of a stretch. He arrived with the equipment we needed, explained everything he was doing to provide me with a bit of education, cleaned up what minimal mess was made and was more than fair in what he asked for in fees. I can't speak to all of the services Rapid Home Services provide, but check out their list of services, see if they fit the bill, and at the very least reach out to them to see if they can assist you - you'll be glad you did.

They get two stars for showing up on time and budget. The bad part as an out of town landlord I paid them before seeing the results of their work. I just saw the flooring they replaced in my bathroom several months after it was done. Who leaves sizable gaps in laminate snap together planks. Oh this company! The ends in several places don't connect in to each other. And the baseboard was just left leaning against the wall.
The second project they did was repairing a wall cabinet. Mostly good, but not quite finished. Who leaves this look (see pics) as a finished product? Oh these guys. Randy sent pics when he was done, but they didn't represent this angle.

Fast and professional servjce. I needed five new outdoor light fixtures installed. Of the three electricians I called, Randy was the only one who responded. Once I returned his text, he was at my door in about an hour, and the fixtures were all installed and working an hour later. Highly recommend!
