Great experience! Had a couple outlets that weren't working and needed an old smoke alarm removed. This was considered trouble shooting since I wasn't sure what needed to be done. Very reasonable base price to come out (For 1 hour) and take a look compared to other companies I called (cheapest one). It was a super simple fix so I asked if he could change a couple of the outlets out since I was paying for an hour and he changed 7 outlets for me and removed the old smoke alarm!

5 stars!! We have used Rankin twice, and received at least 5 star service. Today our electrician fixed multiple electric issues (install dimmer switch, fix two outlets not working, and straighten three outlets against new back splash tiling) within one hour! Can't beat their professionalism and work ethic. Great job Rankin! Thank you!

Every time I speak to the woman who answers the phone, she is always rude. When you work in customer service, you should at least try to have a good attitude about it.

So nice and efficient. I definitely recommend Rankin Electric . My mail box had a light on top. Mail box was knocked down and I was worried about safety. Since I was replacing my mail box with a regular one with out a light I needed the wires safely disconnected from the electricity. The technician, Julian, was awesome. Thank you !

Once again I chose Rankin Electric to finish my patio project. Brian showed up as scheduled and once we had the plan started the job. He was professional and pleasant throughout the day. He advised me on the progress and asked questions as to how this or that was to be done . Reran the wire and conduit , relocated two outlets and installed two ceiling fans. The look I wanted was done and am very pleased with it . The cost was what I expected but was fair. Like I said in my previous post for any future electrical work I will use Rankin.

Brian arrived on time and installed two switched light fixtures quickly and professionally. He was extremely courteous and even made sure to clean up after himself. The final invoice was the same as the price I was initially quoted, no games or surprises. It was a great experience and I'll be recommending them to friends.

Really nice electrician came out and looked at the electrical mess that is our house. Three outlets were out, one apparently wasnt even connected to the interior house power and we had no clue until they figured it out. Fairy priced materials and service, overall a good experience. When more stuff goes wrong you better believe I'm calling them in again.

Mark Haynes came to my mothers rescue when her oven stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He stayed about an hour and half to double check everything. He changed out a circuit breaker and checked the others to make sure they were all working properly. He kept saying that for the age of the oven, it was in terrific shape. He was so sweet that he even gave my mom a Dewars gift card which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Overall, this company takes good care of their customers. We will definitely use them in the future.
