We called this company at the recommendation of our daughter to have a small job done inside our home. We called their office to have a service call schedule; the office staff appears to be very well organized.
Julian was sent to our home to do the job and he was right on time. He was great! He was very polite and the job was completed very quickly; there was no trace of any mess left behind. The company appears to have good equipment.
We will continue to use Rankin Electric anytime we need electrical work done in our home. We love this company!

First time I've used Yelp to provide referral for professional services. Rankin did great. Called at end of day and was scheduled for next am. Electrician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty components. Fast, friendly, skilled and reasonable.

Scheduled an appointment July 12th to have someone come out to put in 2 outlets for a new security system. The appointment was scheduled for 8am on July 18th. At 8:20am, no one had shown up yet, so I called them. Was told that there was a mix-up with the schedule and we hadn't been added for that day, but the owner thought he might be able to get someone out that afternoon sometime. I had already taken time off work to be there that morning and now would have to miss more work to meet them IF they could get someone out that afternoon. I told them to just forget it and called someone else. Certainly won't be using them in the future.

He looked at the different problems we were experiencing and gave us solutions. He fixed 3 completely different problems. Nothing seemed to faze him. He was thorough and got the job done. We had another situation we talked to him about and again he had excellent ideas on what we could do. He is coming out again to work on another project after giving us a reasonable estimate. We can highly recommend Rankin Electric to help you with any problems you might be having.

Had to get an electrician out ASAP for a faulty wall outlet and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they were able to get someone out. Same day in fact and within 3 hours of me calling. The electrician was very knowledgeable and professional, he explained every step of his process and was in and out in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be calling again with any future problems.

This is the second time I used Rankin Electric. They do a great job and are very professional. They set up a test for me to find out if there was a problem with my circuit or my new spa. Man this is the best service I have ever had from anywhere and it's my first time using this company. The electrician came out while I was at work so he spoke to me over the phone because my wife is not the kind of person that deals with these things. I have never felt more comfortable doing something over the phone like this before. Not only that but my wife called immediately after he left and said our garage door didn't work. I was under the impression that it was due to the work being done. My wife didn't tell me it fell off the tracks. The best electrician came back and fixed the door for my wife. That's some major customer service. He could have just said not my problem and left. Thank you for the amazing customer service. You just earned a customer for life.
