Had a sudden problem with electricity in part of my house. I contacted Frank this morning and he responded very quick. He told he wasn't in the area but would contact me that afternoon when he returned. True to his word he contacted me and came right over. OMG!!! I had been out of town for 5 days, I get home and try to take a shower and no hot water. Since I had problems with my water heater in the past due to poor installation from a local contractor my first thought was that it was the water heater. I have terrible arthritis and was having issues with the reset button so I thought I better get the outlet changed before I move forward with the plumber. I called more then 20 electricians and nobody would help. I called Frank and explained what was happening and even though he had nobody to send out he called me back twice and then came out himself to help. It was the reset and I was just not strong enough to reset it myself. Frank was my angel and charged me nothing for his time. Thnanks Frank you proved there are really good people out there. So if you need work done please call Frank he is a good honest man working for a living.

Contacted Frank directly at the beginning of the week to try and schedule an estimate. He said he would be in my area on Friday and asked for my number and address. I waited all day Friday and heard NOTHING from him. I guess some just don't want the business. I'll be deleting him from my bookmarks.
