1 star, because Yelp doesn't have 0. These guys are horrible, lazy and sloppy. I called to have lighting installed in my warehouse, about 30,000 sq. ft. When I stopped to check out the place and they were 3 hours in and hadn't done one thing. The job was supposed to take 1 week, and they took 3. I wouldn't have minded had they let me know, not only that, but they overcharged me for the whole job and it wasn't even completed. I spoke to Charles Currier about my issue and he gave his condolences but proceeded to tell me that sometimes things take longer, and will cost more and that what I prepaid for the whole job could be a partial payment on what the new total will be, I this was supposed to be cheaper and more convenient than other lighting companies, and so On the 3rd week I called it, I cancelled the job, paid them for the work they did (and all the overages) and had it done by another lighting service who were able to finish what they couldn't in 3 days. I'll never come to them for service again, waste of my time and money.

Awesome team! Chuck, Andrew, and Brian were fantastic to work with. Quick and easy quote and for the small job I needed they were big time professional. Found Chuck and the RC Electrical team on Yahoo. Called them out to do some minor repairs on our business. Couldn't be more honest up front and fair priced. They have since taken over work for our Brea location as well. The full team at RC Electrical are professional helpful and personable. Pricing is fair does amazing things in commercial and residential. Highly recommended.

Very upset and disappointed with this service. Called on the phone and they sounded nice, sent someone out to look at electrical issue. The guy they sent poked around for 2 hours and didn't do much. It seemed like it would take him forever to figure out what was going on-he made some guess as to the problem, I asked the company to follow up re: the issue with a quote and I never heard back. I'll never use them again. I'd advise you to stay away.

I guess THANKFUL would be the word to describe how I feel about the service Rancho Electrical provided me. We found out that the pool table light that was installed in our garage was illegal and unsafe. I called them sameday and they were here in a matter of hours. For a very reasonable price they rewired the pool light and and changed all of my outdoor lights. Something the husband and I could not figure out on our own after purchasing the new lights. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We appreciate all that your company has done for our home and family.
