I needed someone to do some touch-up painting. Steve came out, patched the walls, did an excellent job painting, and cleaned up. He is easy to work with, keeps you abreast of the work via text and has reasonable prices.

Steve is awesome. I felt a little silly about having him come out to hang 6 curtain rods, but I am so glad I did. He didn't just drill some holes and mount the rods. He was methodical and asked questions to make sure how he hung them was aesthetically and functionally what we wanted based on the room, curtain style and length and the amount of privacy we intended. Steve was efficient, came prepared and saved my husband and me a lot of headache with a small project that usually ends with extra-large holes in the drywall and crooked curtains. He was worth every penny and we'll surely be calling on him again!

Contacted Steve to give me a quote on installing two Ceiling Fans. I had removed the old ones but putting the new ones up would have taken me weeks vs hours. I got some questions back and forth on Yelp, then a call to hash out some details. Steve came prepared with the right equipment and had the forsight to pre-buy two parts potentially needed. I've had people in the past come, say they need a part, run out to Home Depot, and charge for all the time they are gone. The install for the 2 fans took about 2.5 hours, including replacing the ceiling braces. I'm happy with the work and would call Steve again for other items.

You never know if someone you hire will be honest or not, but Steve seems to be the real deal. I called him to fix our ceiling fan, thinking it was going to be a big project. Well, after coming all the way out here and looking at it, he told me that I was just missing a screw. And then he refused payment for such a minor thing! I'm super impressed with his honesty and professionalism and am planning on using him for all my handyman needs in the future.

Steve built a replacement for our golf screen fence for protection for our patio. We live in a condo and therefore it had to be built to the condominium specifications. He did a great job!
