I won't be troubling Ranch Hands with my repeat business.
They installed a water heater for me and that went very well. Good work, dependable, on time, etc. 2 months later, I called back to have some minor work done on a house. I got a quote for $300+ for 2 guys to work 1.5 hours. Nevermind that only one guy will be working and they will charge a ""truck fee"" for a truck I don't need. Disappointing.

We used them for moving services. They are nice young guys, and it's great that they are sober, but they knew nothing about packing, loading, the size trucks needed, or unloading and storing or moving the furniture. Every piece of furniture was gouged or scratched, glass shelves were left unwrapped, boxes were roughly handled so things inside which I'd wrapped and carefully packed were broken anyway, my clocks were damaged because the nice kids knew nothing about moving anything delicate. It was painful. I don't consider it their fault, but they were not professionals.

Ranch hands has been wonderful. They have done everything from hauling 6 truckloads of brush and trash to installing faucets. We now have them doing lawn maintenance 2 x a month. They are polite and always show up on time. I highly recommend them for any task.
