If I could give a 0 or negative I would. Never even heard of this business before and I was driving and a rock flew and hit my windshield. I called in and the receptionist and manager were the most polite and respectful people and told me the owner would call me Monday because they have left for the weekend, so I was okay with that. (This wouldn't have been a big deal but I literally had just got my windshield replaced the day prior, I haven't even took the blue tape off yet) . I had the exact time license plate and picture of right when it happened. When I got a hold of the owner Lynn she was not only disrespectful but completely rude, wouldn't even let me talk and told me shes not paying for anything it was an accident...... I asked her isn't that what insurance is for when accidents happen? She said yea no problem turn it into your insurance I am not paying for anything and hung up on me. Not only would I never use this company I would never recommend them to use this company because of the experience I have had with the owner. I cant believe how rude she was. I never said anything to her about compensation initially she immediately said ""I'm not paying for anything"". I just cant believe an owner that would talk to people like this. As far as work maybe there a great company but I'd never do business with a company who treats people like this. I don't understand people like this even if she didn't want to hand it over to her insurance company like most businesses would do she didn't have to be so unprofessional. Seems like your typical greedy owner.
