RAM Electrical was contracted by my property management to fix my power outage today. One of the hottest weekends by far in SoCal. I couldn't be more grateful that they hired such a professional and considerate company. The communication they provide during stressful times is phenomenal! I contracted RAM Electrical Contractor Inc to install an electrical panel and connection for a spa. They gave me a fair price for the work, they showed up to do the work on time, their crew was very respectful and hard working. Mike is very knowledgeable and you can tell he has a lot of experience. Evelyn was amazing too, they were prompt to respond my texts or calls and answered all my questions, no matter how trivial. I felt very confident that they will do a great job, which was confirmed by the city inspector. They completed the work on time and they went above and beyond getting my spa ready on the day it was delivered. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing work they did at my house! I will only be using them for all my electrical needs. Was getting ready to make the biggest mistake of my life, until my son said something that made me think. I am so grateful that I listened.

I was approached by a company to do some home repairs and so I decided why not cause my house definitely needed an upgrade. The guy came and we talked and agreed on the program. My son stepped in and said that this did not sound like a good idea and so I called the company and said that I will just do the roofing job on a cash basis instead of a program.

I called RAM and spoke with either Yvonne or Evelyn and was quoted a price that made me think I made the right choice. The work I needed done was a panel upgrade, all electrical plugs changed in the house and some GFI's.

THEY QUOTED ME HALF OF WHAT THE OTHER COMPANY WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME. (I say this using a 72 point font in bold letters) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Wow. So glad I checked before I really dug my grave.

Evelyn broke it all down to me and told me what I needed to do to get the plan in action. And like clock work everything fell into place. They came and started working right away. Josh and forgive me but I totally forgot the other guys name, came and knock the job out. Both were professional and didn't mind me getting in the way or asking questions.

Ram Electrical came out to install a electrical plug also I had a problem with power surges, which effected my lighting and some appliances after discussiing the problem with Daniel from Ram Elec. he said to get Edison out to check there side and that he thought it was a bad neutral sure enough Edison came out and that was the exact problem ! This had been an annoying ongoing problem for a long time , so happy Daniel steered me in the right direction. Extremely happy customer ! Thank You Ram Electrical

UPDATE: They did such a great job installing our first Tesla charger that we decided to add a second one so that we could charge multiple vehicles at once. Same story different day they did a nice clean job cleaned up after themselves honored the quoted price supplied all the correct materials in and out like a flash. Definitely been recommending them to anyone that asks for a referral.

AMAZING is the best word i can use. My mother, Nadia, requested a Panel installation for a Tesla charger. She spoke to Evelyn and she was so patient and understanding with what my mother wanted. She sent Josh, who not only did an excellent job, but was also professional, quick, and knowledgeable in what he was doing. They completely exceeded our expectations and now my mother has them on speed dial! I would recommend them to anyone looking for any electrical needs in their home!

A panel 15 amps switch kept tripping plus a few outlets outside and in the kitchen was out. I contacted my home warranty and Ram Electrical was recommended to handle the work order. Evelyn answered the phone asked a few questions and navigated a same day appointment. Daniel arrived within two hours of my initial phone call. We were told he was on his way home and took the unscheduled call so we will not be without electricity on this hot day.

Daniel went the extra mile explaining what may be causing the problem. He also map out placement of fans vs portable air conditioner so it doesn't trip the circuit.
