He called within the hour & quickly repaired 3 outlets that I desperately needed for my TV room & returned a few days later to install a new outlet that was in an awkward place. He came up with the solution of going in through the basement. I'm so happy with my new hallway lamp & out-of-the-way cord. Our experience with Jim was phenomenal. From beginning to end, he was professional, personable and punctual. We contacted Jim a couple months ago to do some upgrades to our garage; he responded immediately and set up an appointment for a quote the same day. When he arrived to give us a quote, he was completely upfront with all the potential options: ranging from full-on intensive (including trenching and a new circuit) to quick fixes (a couple of additional junction boxes and external conduit). He was very clear on the pros and cons of each option, allowing us to make the fully informed decision on what to do. Once we did make a decision, he was very amenable and even agreed to work on Saturday, He arrived right on time and proceeded to work through out the day, eventually finishing early. The finished product was better than we could have ever imagined. Jim is the electrician that Cambria needs: intelligent, friendly and honest.
