I can not say enough good things about this company! We are in the process of completely renovating our kitchen. We had to redo all of the electrical in the room. Our technician was Steve, and he did a wonderful job! He was warm, professional and very competent. In the future we will be calling Radco for any electrical work we need. Called to get a quote on a bunch of electrical work. Their answering service answered the first phone call, took a message, and Craig called me back. We agreed on a time for an on-site quote. I received an email saying the job was scheduled and then another email confirming the appointment. However, they never showed up for the appointment. Then they sent an email 4 hours after the scheduled appointment asking if I wanted to reschedule, that their technician called in sick last minute. This email was a forward of a prior email around the appointment time that had a wrong email address, despite them emailing me several times successfully prior to that. They also said they left me a voicemail around the appointment time, but I never received ot. They offered in their email to make it up to me, but I have moved on.

I used these guys based on a friends recommendation, and they did a good job at a fair price. I needed a ceiling fan changed, a 220 outlet for a tanning bed, and the remote for another ceiling fan wasn't working - turned out to just be loose wires. I would do business with them again.
