I have been dealing with Rack Solar for install on my home. The salesman who came to my home was Michael Stewart. He was a pleasure to deal with. He took the extra time to explain the installation and what it takes to completion. I must have called him 5 times with questions and he took the time to answer. After I signed the contract I dealt with the office to arrange payment and I was connected to Rhianna. She was also a pleasure to deal with and make the completion of my down payment simple. I then received a call from Thomas to arrange the site survey and he was very helpful. Thanks you all for your professionalism and thank you for your military discount. I have dealt with Rack for my generator and I have never had anything but a happy experience.
