Let me start by saying ... very professional. I got my home warranty to get me an a/c tech for my heating . They sent me a company form San Antonio . Well the tech was nice but he did not get the job done . He fried my humidifier control !! Then the San Antonio tech said oh no it was fried already . I saw it smoke in front of my eyes !! Not once but twice and still the tech said it was already fried . Cmon man I saw it on and the display was one but once he applied power ... smoke chicken .. he left after bypassing all kinds of wires to get heat . Well I got heat all right .. even when I applied the cooling function. I called my home warranty and insisted that they send some one local and explained after two days and fried circuit board they needed to send some one that knows what there doing . I had to talk to the home warranty supervisor to escalate it . They finally agreed to send some one else .


The next day they did send a local tech. The guy was super nice and was honest. He said he is not trained to work on a trane HVac. He contacted the warranty company and informed about the situation. Well the I get this company assigned. Well let me tell you they knew exactly how to go about it . RABALAIS IS LIGIT!! Just like a magical conductor of opera he knew exactly every wire and how to trouble shoot. 40 minutes later my A/C was good as new .. these guys are the ones you call when there is no other company that can fix it !! Like the A team! Thank God for RABALAIS!!!!!!
