John was a subcontractor on our whole-house remodel. We really like him! He seemed to do great work! But we have a few problems that need to be fixed from the work he previously did and want to do a few more projects. However, we can't get John to return any phone calls, texts, or emails. It's becoming quite an issue (especially with the generator situation and frequent outages). Would love to update this review positively, but so far this refusal to return communication and finish the job is a problem. Hoping to get it all worked out soon!
