Outstanding Service, I just want everyone to know that customer service means everything, from this amazing company getting my work order from AHS to the completed service they were outstanding. They called me and updated me on every step. Matthew was my tech he was out of this world very knowledgeable professional and he went above and beyond to inform me on everything. Amazing service. Polite. Informative. Fixed the problem despite having to work in the dark. A huge shout out to Corey, who was a bloodhound figuring out the issue - as well as being and awesome human being. Not one complaint from him, even though he wasn't going to be getting home before midnight.

Thanks R & R electric for taking the time to properly diagnose my AC outage. My air-conditioner stopped working. It was November but the weather was very warm. R & R worked me in the very next morning. I had already paid to have a new AC installed. R & R determined it was a shortage in my fuse and replaced several fuses. It's been a month and no problems with my central air and heat. I also got my money back for the new AC! Thanks R & R!

Can you give a zero? Worst customer service ever. The women you talk is just plain rude. I tried returning calls for a week and you always need to leave a message. Avoid avoid avoid!!

They were sent by American Home Shield to repair my ceiling fan. Since it was only the remote that was bad they're refusing to replace because it's a generic one. it's generic because when they replaced the fan years earlier they were too cheap to buy a ceiling fan that already came with a remote like the one I had and bought a regular fan and a generic remote. Now they won't respond to American Home Shield. This has been on going since 11/12/15.

I was super nervous about getting service based on the pervious review but it couldn't farther from my experience. The electrician Mike was early to the appointment, incredibly knowledgeable, professional and just an all around nice person. I'm not a review writer but I really felt compelled since my experience was so much different. I feel bad that the person before me had such a horrible experience but I really feel like this company may have gotten an unnecessary bad wrap. I understand the frustration with home warranty companies but most the time it's not at the fault of the service company at all. So all and all my experience was awesome with R & R and if we ever have issues again they would by the number company that I would call.
