I called Patrick on Monday and set up an appointment with him for today, Thursday, and we agreed he would arrive today between 10 and 10:30 AM. HIs price was $75/hour for all work; I had told him about the long list of repairs I had around the house. He sent me a confirmation email and text, and I sent back a thumbs up. After I texted him to ask if he took credit cards, he sent me an email with an invoice of $300. As he hadn't done the work yet, I assumed it was an estimate of the costs it would be (4 hours for all the little jobs plus one larger one). This morning, he never showed up. I sent several texts and emails, to which he never replied, and I tried twice to call each of two phone numbers I had for him: at both numbers, a recorded message said his mailbox was full and to try back later. I think he is very unprofessional not to even have returned my calls and messages, even if he couldn't make it today for some reason. In addition to which, I am still listening to an annoying old wired-in smoke alarm beeping every minute as it has since I first called him, which he was going to deactivate for me.

R Patrick is a great handyman. Very personable, courteous, and with a quick response. Able to easily knockout a ceiling fan with hard copper wiring that had been giving me fits. Definitely recommend and will certainly use again. Also follows good safety protocols while in your home.

I have hired R Patrick Carroll III Handyman Services for multiple projects and have always been very pleased with them. He has installed ceiling fans, replaced faucets, a toilet in the master bath and done other electrical fixes like switching out plugs and moving/replacing switches. He's also replaced my garbage disposal and repaired drywall. Patrick is very professional and personable. Highly recommend.
