Ruben is an excellent communicator and joy to work with. RM Electric updated the old Knob-and-Tube wiring throughout my home, installed canned lighting, bathroom exhaust fan, exterior lighting, and so much more. I was wise to ask both Ruben Jr. and Ruben Sr. for suggestions in completing my project. Their ideas added value and reduced costs. Upon completion of the project, my home was put up for sale. Ruben Jr. made himself available to explain to the buyers and their agent the details of the electrical updates, which helped to close the sale. RM Electric is a professional company that takes pride in their work, and it shows. I could not be happier.

We hired Ruben and his team to clean up the knob and tube wiring in our 100+ y.o. house, and install lighting fixture in preparation for finishing our basement. Ruben and his team were professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Ruben and his dad and team just spent the afternoon adding some lights and electric to our home and back patio. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up and protected everything as they worked. I hired RM Electric to do electrical work during the remodel of my home. Not only did they not complete the work which forced me to hire someone else to complete the job, but when his workmen were at my home, they used my bathrooms without permission, left debris (soda cans and trash throughout where they worked as well as leaving my closet in complete disarray after completing electrical work inside the closet. I sent a picture of the closet and received no response nor apology from Mr. Martinez for the shoddy work and mess his men left. I had to hire another person to install all the light fixtures. Due to his neglect of responsibility, the completion of the remodel was postponed by several weeks. After I hired another person to finish the job, Mr. Martinez came to my workplace demanding final payment, which the contract specifically states that payment would be made when the work was ""completed in a substantial workmanlike manner."" That did not occur. If you want work completed in a professional and timely manner, I would not recommend RM Electrical, Ceres, California.

Ruben and Ruben father and son team are the best in the business. I've never met more honest, knowledgeable, and professional electricians. We needed lots of electrical repair around the house, they were always flexible with my schedule, they went above and beyond: they found shotty work done by past electricians and fixed all of it. Ruben Sr also helped save our pool, fixing the motor and walking us step by step how to restore the color back to normal, free of charge. They are all extremely fun and pleasant to talk with and extremely good at explaining what and why they're doing what they are doing. They do not over charge hours, if anything, they charged us slightly LESS than time worked. They did not ask me to write this review, I just feel they deserve all the business in the world. I highly recommend RM to anyone in need of great, adorable, electrical work!

I got their contact number from Yelp and called for some electrical emergency work. They sent a technician within a few hours. The problem was, one electrical circuit had gone out in my home. The guy solved the problem and the circuit worked again.
Definitely I will use them again.
