Rene came in last minute and was able to route and place the wire in a very efficient manner and he was very fast. From rapid response via phone to adjusting his schedule last minute to repair an electrical outage in our guest bedroom and bathroom in time for our in laws to come visit, he is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about electrical issues. We found out that our older home was built back when they just stuck wires in the wall and over time wear down, leading to increased fire hazard. He did an excellent job communicating this to us and our landlord while repairing our issue. He even went above and beyond by offering to change the light bulbs in multiple locations. We recently bought a house built in 2003 that didn't have chandeliers or fans (and minimal cans). I contacted Rene after reading positive reviews here. He was very responsive from the get-go.

We were looking for an electrician who could install 4 chandeliers (Including one in 19 foot vault), 8 fans with lights, and 20 canned lights. This was all retro work and we wanted someone who could avoid opening up the drywall any more than necessary.

Rene walked through the house, listened very carefully and gave us options for switch placement and such, and drew up a proposal that we accepted.

We lined up Rene to start on a particular date and emphasized it was important to have the work completed on a predictable timeline because we had other work occurring afterwards that also needed to be scheduled. Rene worked hard and finished on time, even when this involved a few extra hours on the weekend.

He and his staff finished today and we are very happy with the results. Throughout the process he texted status updates.

Something that impressed me a lot was the care he took to place the fixtures and cans in the optimal spots despite challenges he had working around all the existing framing. Also, he did a lot of little things that I never would have thought to ask. For instance, some of the chandeliers had faux candles that were bent a bit in shipping and he took a lot of care to make the fixture perfect.

He also helped introduced me to a drywall guy that ended up taking care of the patch and retexturing.

I would highly recommend Rene. Oh also his prices were more than reasonable.
