Fantastic and timely. Harris showed up 10 minutes early and was polite, professional, and quick to diagnose and repair 2 issues. As a real estate agent, the toughest thing to assemble is a consistent stable of pros. Now with RJB in place, I have all the regular pieces in play. Roofer (check), plumber (check), pest control (check), painter (check), flooring installer (check), termite inspector (check), home inspector (check), lender (check), escrow (check), title (check), NHD (check), home warranty (check) ELECTRICIAN (CHECK!!!!). This one has been the hardest to maintain. In the past it has been mediocre work at low price, or decent work but flaky appointment keeping, or average work and high cost. FINALLY, a company that is TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL whose EXPERTISE really shone through. I will not hesitate to refer them to everyone I know!

Excellent. Richard was prompt on returning my calls and gave me a heads up when a electrician was on his way. My electrician was Harris. Very knowledgeable and polite. My problem was part of the house would lose power for a few hours then come back on. Harris located a burnt wire and loose connections at the fuse box. Then checked all the outlets in the house. Done in 45 minutes. Thanks RJB Electrical. A job well done

Overcharged me after initial quote. Showed up 30 minutes late as well.
Will not use this electrician again.

Excellent contractor. Richard came out to asses a tricky chandlier installation that had been previously poorly installed. He was very positive that they could fix it. He also gave us advice on several other electrical issues. Richard sent Harris to help and he was wonderful. Conferred with me each step of the way. Took apart the prior installation and moved the wires inside the wall and snagged the chandelier to where I had requested. He also helped with some other lighting problems. Worked very efficiently and cleaned all mess away.

Will call RJB for all future electrical work.

Superior service call by Harris today. Multiple problems to troubleshoot at my moms house, and everything is perfect. Highly recommend-- referred by neighbor who is similarly satisfied

I bought an older house and looked for an electrician to help with grounding outlets, installing GFCI protection, fixing 3-way switches, and upgrading the electrical panel to 200 amps. We did look at other contractors, and their estimates were not as detailed and thorough. With RJB Electrical, we knew exactly what work would be performed and there were no surprises as to what the prices were and what was included. The work was done professionally, they were great at getting the necessary permits, and they ensured everything was done right the first time. I would definitely recommend them.

If you need help with your electrical issues make sure to hire RJB. Owner operated by folks who take pride in their work and do things right. It's unfortunately hard to find such dedicated tradesmen these days which makes RJB a rare find. Honest and skilled they will solve your electrical issues quickly and professionally. We asked RJB to update the decades old breaker panel and rewire some overloaded circuits in my mothers 1945 built home. Most recently there was a wire that fizzled underground that fed the garage (wasn't part of initial rewire job). Richard the owner and Harris the electrician handled each job with the type of service we all wish we could find more often. They truly are professionals.

I called this electrician after several other electricians failed to fix flickering recessed lights. Although they came out four times, they failed to fix them also. I finally figured out the problem myself which the electrician resisted. The electrician kept insisting that the problem was Edison's. All he had to do was install a better dimmer, which I ended up buying myself. He installed it and no more flicker. We assumed we might be out our initial payment of $98; however, we were charged an additional $248 on top of this. We disputed this excessive charge but still winded up paying $250 plus $50 for the dimmer. So $300 to replace a simple dimmer.

They need to be clear they are charging for each visit even when they fail to the problem the first visit. Never had this experience before. We assumed we were not being charged for additional visits to fix the same problem they failed to fix the first time.

Bad business practice.
