Thanks Richard for coming out at the last minute to fix our electrical issue.
My wife and I had an issue where the trip function of the gfci was not functioning. Richard came out and inspected the problem. He found the problem. Showed us what was wrong. Fixed the issue. Then showed us again that it was functioning. It wasn't an easy task and he fixed it. His price was fair. Thanks Richard!

Richard came over to our house on a Sunday afternoon when half of our power had died on us. No one was open. We called his office and he came out within an hour. We thought it was a short or socket issue. Turns out half of the plugs in our house were all corroded and not properly grounded (new home owner, but that's a story for another day). Richard came over and dutifully went socket by socket, checking each one for the source of the problem, testing and retesting our electricity and his repairs until everything was back on. This took hours but he never wavered about leaving the job until the power was completely back on and would not short out on us again. He left around 9 or 10pm. Even then, he said if we experienced any issues to call him and he would come back the next day. Next day, we experience another socket shorting out on us and he comes back as promised and resolved the whole issue. We haven't any problems since. This guy is a very caring and dedicated professional. And to top all that, our cost was even less than what the previous reviewer mentioned. Honestly, he's very fair and he'll tell you your options and costs throughout his work so that you can decide what you can handle at that time. Would highly recommend him.
