AHS assigned, technician most incompetent technicain in and out in less than 3 minutes misdiagnosed the actual problem doesnt even know how to check voltage sent my breaker.

We were lucky enough to be connected to Richard and his wife through the Home Depot Pro Referral program. As we were replacing a light fixture, we realized the builder unsurprisingly had done a patchy job and tried to cover it up. Richard was available quickly and was able to reinstall a new mounting box in the most economical way possible. While he was onsite, we went ahead and had him install a house-wide surge protection feature, at a price that could not be beat. Definitely would rehire for future jobs and recommend to anyone!

I don't have words to explain how grateful we are for Richard. He is a committed professional.
Our a/c stopped working and after a visit from the A/C company they realized that the breaker from the main box was not supplying energy to the AC unit.
Richard responded to the service call and replaced the breaker unit and quickly realized that the issue was due to a broken cable.
Long story short, I have a home warranty insurance and all this has to be approved by the insurance company before any work is done. The insurance will take around three to five days to go back and forth between diagnosis and approval of any work. And my family without AC.
Richard fixed provisionally my energy issue until we wait for the insurance company to approve what has to be done.
My kids are not sweating and we have AC again.
Also we are glad we met a great human being, Richard.
