RB Plumbing did a great job unclogging my homes exterior line. Jacob was a good communicator about the task at hand. Thanks for being so professional Jacob. Jacob even cleaned the area that he worked on.

RB Travis was the provider my Home Serve insurance provided. The sewer line kept backing up. They had been to my house several times this year and had still not solved the problem. The line would clear each time but eventually would back up again. They then hydro-flushed the mainline (no camera used). Afterwards we had mud coming up in the bathtub. I was told I didn't have coverage for the pipes under my house. Their dispatcher said they would send a camera down next time but didn't.

This time when I called Home Serve on a Saturday morning I had to recall later in the day as I had not heard from RB Travis. By Sunday I called Home Serve for the 3rd time as nobody ever responded. It was then I found out Travis rejected the job. No explanation. I was mad. After charging me $375 to fix the tub after their last visit for the problem they caused from the hydroflush, which they didn't fix.

Home Serve assigned a new provider which quickly solved the problem by running a camera and discovering a 3 ft section of collapsed pipe. I have to wonder if hydroflushing the line didn't completely collapse

Home Serve contacted RB Travis to come to my house before noon on Tuesday, Nov. 26 as the clean water pipe was broken and water had been pouring out. We had to turn off the water. The earliest RB Travis would come out was Wed. between 12 and 4. That was not going to work for me and I requested a different company. By Thursday, (Thanksgiving Day and still no water!), that company had come out , dug a hole, found the broken pipe, but otherwise failed to perform, and Friday morning around 11 AM, RB Travis was again notified to do the repair. They were to contact me to set up an appt. They sent an email acknowledging the referral. I tried to respond to the email to set up an appt. It did not work. Then I tried to call them to schedule but after 15 minutes on their phone system, I was cut off. I contacted Home Serv again and was told they had not been able to reach them either. I begged for a different company and eventually got one whose owner came out within a couple of hours and was able to hook up a temporary system to give us water until he could compete the job next week. I know this was a holiday period but plumbing companies have to deal with serious problems every day of the week. RB Travis was completely unprofessional in having a system that did not work. I would never use them again.

Javier was great! He came to my home today (Veterans Day) and fixed a waterline that was leaking in my attic above my master bathroom. He quickly located the problem and executed the repair. Had a leak in the water line and Jacob was able to come out and make a difficult repair without having to cut into the concrete on our property. I am very pleased with the service given by Jacob as well as the customer service lines for the company, that kept us aware of the time when Jacob would arrive, as well as when he was running late because of another job. Our toilet was clogged. We have HomeService and they sent R B Travis to clear the clog. I am very happy with service we received. Jacob was at our door 10 minutes from placing the service call. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and cleared the drain expertly and with no mess. I appreciate the quick response time and Jacob's great attitude.
