I called Razvan at about 9am this morning and he came out roughly 30 minutes later. I told him what had happened and he gave me a quote if he could fix it, or no payment if he could not. I can say that the name ""Quick Electric"" suits the business, because as he delved in to the repair, he quickly isolated the issue and remedied it. Top notch customer service, as he explained everything along the way! Here I am not even an hour later with my electrical issue fixed. I would definitely recommend Quick Electric!

I am having one of the worst times in my life thanks to Quick Electric Service. Mr Panescu (the owner of this business) convinced my husband that my house was in urgent need of rewiring. And now our lives are a burning hell. I am literally at the point where I am considering hiring a good lawyer and pushing for legal ways to get my project completed.

It has been almost 3 months since the start of the project, but it is not finished, yet. Moreover, we could not get even an approximate completion date. We also have no idea how much more it will cost since we do not have a complete and detailed quote for everything that needs to be done.

On top of this uncertainty with dates and costs, at this time we are not even sure that everything already done is up to code. We had some disagreements with Mr Panescu about code requirements which left us with a feeling that his knowledge of electrical codes (NEC and CEC) and local regulations could use some freshening up and a bit of polishing. I might call for a special inspection just to have a peace of mind.

I also found Mr Panescu to be a bit too pushy when it comes to extras and convenience features not required by state or local codes, laws, and regulations. I grew very tired of explaining that there is no need or budget for some of them. With Quick Electric Service rates every little thing adds hundreds of dollars to the cost of a project.

Overall, this is a highly expensive and traumatising experience that brought a lot of worry and disruption to the lives of my family. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

To make this review fully honest I need to mention that I was very pleased with the minimal damage done to my walls. Mr Panescu indeed did his best to minimise required patching. I also want to thank Paul, Mr Panescu's employee, for all his patience and attempts to mediate difficult situations.

Spoke with Razvan. He could do the job today; however his credit card reader is not functioning and it won't be working anytime soon. He doesn't seem to be in a rush to get it fixed. I wasn't able to work with him because of this.

We recently moved and our 4 month old dishwasher suddenly wouldn't turn on. We pulled it out, tested the outlet and it wasn't working. The circuit breaker was ok, so we decided to call a professional. We are a family of five, so we really needed to get our dishwasher working again. Razvan was able to come out the same day. After explaining there would be a diagnostic fee, he investigated the cause. After trying a few things, he discovered an outlet behind our coffeemaker and asked what it was for. We admitted we didn't know. Sure enough, he flipped a switch and the outlet and dishwasher were working again. We were dumbfounded!

He laughed and told us the visit was free. He didn't even want to accept us at least buying him lunch for his trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any electrical jobs that come up in the future. If you want a straightforward, honest electrician, call Quick Electric!

Raz and Paul were an awesome team. My husband called Raz about two weeks ago after we finally figured out the process of how to get a panel upgrade. Basically we had to get PGE to assess the case first and contacted a couple of electricians to get a quote based on PGE's description. One of them quoted ridiculously high and a couple others never replied. Two came to check it out and said they won't be available until December or next year.

When we came across Quick Electric, we regretted for not finding their page earlier. Raz was able to come check out the panel a couple days after we contacted him, and instantly gave a reasonable quote and delivered us a contract in a week after talking with PGE directly. We were filing out the city permit application and he even helped us with some of the sections. He was able to squeeze our work in between his jobs and we just got the panel upgrade done today! It took Raz and Paul about 7 hours to install and test everything. Both the City inspector and PGE were here on time around 3:30pm so we were able to reconnect the power right away. From 70amp to 200amp was like a breeze. The whole process was so smooth and Raz was delivering above and beyond our expectations. Communications have been great and we were able to email or call him during this whole process. We cannot be happier with his service and the new panel looks great. We will definitely contact him again for any future wiring work. Highly recommend!

We had a little miscommunication, and missed an appointment. I called Razvan to check in, we cleared the issue up, and he offered to come by ASAP, even though his business hours were nearly over for the day. 20 minutes later, he was at the door. And 45 minutes after that, he'd fixed things up. Throughout the process, he was able to show me the issues with my home's wiring -- old loose 60's era crimped connections that wouldn't be allowed under modern code.

All in all, Razvan has great work ethic and I'd be happy to hire him again.

Razvan and Quick Electric are awesome. As a person who uses Yelp to find professional services sometimes it can feel like a crapshoot, but Razvan earns his high reviews. He was very quick to respond during the holiday weekend, explained things very clearly, was early for all appointments, gave daily updates on a three day job and never tried to upsell me, even though I know that I will need more work done in the future. I will definitely use his services again.

True to their name, Quick Electric does their job quickly. And with good quality to boot! I contracted them to upgrade the electical panel and circuit breakers in my 70s built condo unit along with installing a few light fixtures and updating all the light switches and electrical plugs. They were done in a couple days! Reasonable price and clean work. What more can you ask for?
Razvan is the man! Would definitely use Quick Electric again.

I recently had my electrical panel upgraded by razvan. He was recommended by a good friend so We called to get an estimate, he came right away and is upfront with everything and very honest. He helped me get a permit to do the job and was fast and clean. He explained to me everything thats going on. I highly recommend them!
