Quick Electric lived up to their name. We had some electrical issues on a Saturday afternoon and Raz was at the house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed everything was super efficient and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

A few months ago, we had an electrical fire at home. We searched on Yelp and found the closest business and were blessed to find Quick Electric Service. Rasvan to the rescue! Got a positive vibe from Rasvan (aka Romy). He is polite, professional and super knowledgeable. He had been working along side his dad since he was 15 years old! That's an awesome fun fact! He even gave me tips about house safety, insurance policies, and how to deal with contractors. He repaired our fried wires and then recommended an upgrade in our system. Our wiring and glass fuses were not up to code He rewired our house in 4 days! Built a new circuit breaker panel. His work passed inspection!!! Wooohooooo!!!!

I called Raz on Saturday morning because a portion of my house lost electricity. He prompty came an hour later, quickly found the problem. My house was built in the 60s, so it's very complicated to navigate the electric system, but Raz quickly identified the issues and fixed.

While at it, Raz suggested upgrading our panel. We have an 100A line with a really small main panel, and the subpanel used fuse!! We hired Raz to upgrade both of them to 200A, with permit. Everything goes perfectly. During the work, he faced some difficulties (because the old system had some strange setup), but he helped us find a solution and even saved us some money!

His work on the panel is beautiful. He paid attention to small details, even built a compartment for the subpanel ""just because it looks nice"" for free!

I love his work, and will reach out again for any more electricity work.

Razvan came to my home recently to fix a power outage issue on a portion of my home. He came in and looked at panels, outlets, switches. He was able to restore power. He was knowledgeable and very fast. I called him that morning about the issue and was able to come to fix the problem within the same morning. Service was great!

Razvan was extremely helpful, prompt, practical and efficient. He helped us find and fix a tricky problem with our breakers that disrupted power in half our house, arriving within 20 minutes and troubleshooting until the problem was solved. He was extremely knowledgeable and open about regulations, safety, and options, and was clear and up-front about cost estimates, and timing. He even walked me through all the steps of the repair with humor and patience. He delivered an effective solution with great service.

I called Razvan at about 9am this morning and he came out roughly 30 minutes later. I told him what had happened and he gave me a quote if he could fix it, or no payment if he could not. I can say that the name ""Quick Electric"" suits the business, because as he delved in to the repair, he quickly isolated the issue and remedied it. Top notch customer service, as he explained everything along the way! Here I am not even an hour later with my electrical issue fixed. I would definitely recommend Quick Electric!

I am having one of the worst times in my life thanks to Quick Electric Service. Mr Panescu (the owner of this business) convinced my husband that my house was in urgent need of rewiring. And now our lives are a burning hell. I am literally at the point where I am considering hiring a good lawyer and pushing for legal ways to get my project completed.

It has been almost 3 months since the start of the project, but it is not finished, yet. Moreover, we could not get even an approximate completion date. We also have no idea how much more it will cost since we do not have a complete and detailed quote for everything that needs to be done.

On top of this uncertainty with dates and costs, at this time we are not even sure that everything already done is up to code. We had some disagreements with Mr Panescu about code requirements which left us with a feeling that his knowledge of electrical codes (NEC and CEC) and local regulations could use some freshening up and a bit of polishing. I might call for a special inspection just to have a peace of mind.

I also found Mr Panescu to be a bit too pushy when it comes to extras and convenience features not required by state or local codes, laws, and regulations. I grew very tired of explaining that there is no need or budget for some of them. With Quick Electric Service rates every little thing adds hundreds of dollars to the cost of a project.

Overall, this is a highly expensive and traumatising experience that brought a lot of worry and disruption to the lives of my family. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

To make this review fully honest I need to mention that I was very pleased with the minimal damage done to my walls. Mr Panescu indeed did his best to minimise required patching. I also want to thank Paul, Mr Panescu's employee, for all his patience and attempts to mediate difficult situations.

Spoke with Razvan. He could do the job today; however his credit card reader is not functioning and it won't be working anytime soon. He doesn't seem to be in a rush to get it fixed. I wasn't able to work with him because of this.

We recently moved and our 4 month old dishwasher suddenly wouldn't turn on. We pulled it out, tested the outlet and it wasn't working. The circuit breaker was ok, so we decided to call a professional. We are a family of five, so we really needed to get our dishwasher working again. Razvan was able to come out the same day. After explaining there would be a diagnostic fee, he investigated the cause. After trying a few things, he discovered an outlet behind our coffeemaker and asked what it was for. We admitted we didn't know. Sure enough, he flipped a switch and the outlet and dishwasher were working again. We were dumbfounded!

He laughed and told us the visit was free. He didn't even want to accept us at least buying him lunch for his trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any electrical jobs that come up in the future. If you want a straightforward, honest electrician, call Quick Electric!
