I needed to replace a rotted window frame and stabilize the air conditioner that was about to fall out. Andrei responded right away with a quote and availability. He arrived on time the following day to see exactly what needed to be done. He found something in my yard to prop up the AC so that it would hold until the next day. He arrived on time again and did a fantastic job fixing the window. He even painted it to match the house and cleaned up afterward. I will definitely call Andrei for any future repairs.

Andrew helped me install the electric mirror in my bathroom. He is very professional and fast. The mirror requires hardwire and drilling. Andrew is very nice and he also helped me fix my front gate lock for free! I recommend everyone to Safe Pro Tech.

I needed to replace a old light fixture and Andrei responded quickly with a fair quote and available appointment times. His team was prompt however initially a gentleman by the name of Paul showed up saying that he didn't work on electrical and he needed to call Andrei because he couldn't do the job. I thought it was odd given that it was explicitly discussed upfront that it was an electrical project involving removal of a old fixture and replacement with a new one during the appointment process as well as photos exchanged. Paul was really professional and called Andrei to work everything out and in about 10-15 minutes Andrew showed up at the door. Andrew was very friendly and handled the install in about 15-20 minutes.

Barring the initial dispatching issue overall I'm very pleased with the outcome and will call Andrei again for general handyman work.

Our water filter faucet was failing, and we needed to switch it out to a new model. It was originally installed by an unprofessional group of people who knew nothing about what they were doing... (We just got a guy to drill a hole on a random spot ""that looked good"" on the countertop, and then struggled around to connect the lines the first time.) From the underneath, it was actually pretty badly placed, off in an awkward corner with wooden beams and sink disposal parts all in the way. What normally would have been a simple 20 minute job became more of a 3 hour effort with some extra drilling and reinforcing, but it all came together beautifully in the end. He stayed entirely professional through the situation, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If anything else ever goes wrong, he'll be the first guy I call back.
