Friendly and very capable. I had a washer outlet that was leaking/dripping. Andrei came, assessed the situation, and fixed the issue. It was not an easy task because the house is decades old and uses unusual piping (old parts that are unavailable today), but Andrei saved the day.

we had an emergency leak at our home that was a) a pressing issue/emergency and b) a bit of a mystery. of all of my requests for quotes, Safe Pro Tech responded the fastest and was out to diagnose the problem in a very quick timeframe.
