Wish I had looked at the other review before I hired these people. They are not ethical, rude, give bids they won't stand behind and do work that is not good. We paid $1200 to get our outdoor sign working, it worked for 10 minutes while they were there. Then never worked again, including now the breaker tripping. Like Lanse E says in his review, this was after a 3 MONTH WAIT, and negotiating a fixed price. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this outfit. Worst contractor I have dealt with in several years.

I had this company quote me on a small job recently. I filled out their work order, did their paperwork, etc and was told that their scheduling department would give me a time in the near future.

I never heard from them. I called every other day for two weeks, and was told they'd get back to me. TWO SOLID WEEKS and they never even gave me a time for the work to be done.

I told them I was starting to get frustrated and told that department would most defiantly call me on XX day.

They didnt.

I called and told them to cancel the job. What a total waste of time, I waited two solid weeks on this company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

I am selling a house that I just remodeled and the buyer's inspector noted several minor electrical problems that I had not noted myself. I scheduled a time and date for the repairs with Quantum Electric, but they called before that appointment and said they had some emergencies and asked if it would be all right to reschedule and I agreed since I was not in a hurry for the work to be completed.

When they arrived they corrected the problems quickly, were friendly, professional, and answered some questions I had on unrelated items. Because they had rescheduled my first appointment, they said they were sorry, and that there would be no charge - EVEN FOR MATERIALS. They left a site at least 10 miles away, drove 2 trucks to my house, corrected my problems, and returned to the site 10 miles away all for no charge. I own several houses and will use them any time I have electrical issues.
