First impressions are everything, and I was impressed from minute one. I reached out requesting a quote on a holiday and Larry responded immediately. I needed all of my smoke detectors replaced as they were hardwired. We made an appointment and he came out. Larry was friendly and professional. The first thing I noticed when they came in to do the work is that they wear shoe covers inside your home! I didn't have to go and buy the smoke detectors. Larry came prepared with them. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to return to add a ceiling fan. Once again shoe covers and he cleans up after his work. I have other electrical work that needs to be done and I will definitely be calling Larry! I highly recommend them for your electrical work. All around, my experience with them was very pleasant and impressive.

I actually reached out to a different electrical contractor and Yelp asked if I'd like to get competitive bids, so I said why not. (I still haven't received a message from the original contractor I messaged by the way)
I needed a new 220v line ran for one of my customers that we are doing an HVAC system replacement for.
Quality first was the first to respond to my request and Larry called me within minutes after he sent me a message.
I love prompt responses as I try to do the same in my own business for my customers.
I let Larry know the urgency of my request and he was able to fit perfectly with our own installation schedule.
I gave him a price range that I assumed it would cost and he said it should fall within that range so I hired him to come out!
He showed up on time (even before me and my team got there)

Worth every penny and honestly would have been happy to pay more for the work that we received as it went above and beyond my expectations.
The job is for one of my clients, so making sure it looks perfect and goes above and beyond the minimum code requirements is something that I provide to my customers. His service felt like an extension of my own company and I am proud to showcase their work to my client and their home.

Larry was great! Was the first one to reply to a Yelp project on some electrical troubleshooting I needed for a rental home. He had great availability and put our tenants at ease. Hired Quality First Electric and from the beginning, Lawrence was absolutely fantastic! Quick with the responses. Free estimate. Accurate estimate. Sent pictures and since he was coming super early in the morning as I get off at 6AM, he got to my house during my recommended time slot of 6:30-7, he got there about 6:42 and finished the job, albeit not much distance and not too difficult to get to, in less than an hour. The price was great. The communication was great. Everything was great.

The work area was cleaned up and the installation area was a clean install. No unnecessary holes or patches. Will hire again and recommend.

We contacted Larry thru Yelp and he came out the SAME DAY! He fixed the problem with our circuit breakers in no time flat and was extremely friendly and efficient. He was a true life saver because our air conditioner compressor was not working due to a bad breaker switch and he replaced all the breakers because they were all very old to avoid further problems. Not only that, but he gave us an amazingly great price for the work.
