Being an electrical engineer myself and handy around the house I can be very critical of other peoples work but also appreciate quality when I see it. In the work these guys did in my house they lived up to their name. They were professional - be it the preparation of the work area by putting drop cloths or discussing alternatives or suggesting changes - they knew what needed to be done in the most optimum way.
They followed usual Covid protocols and always wore mask - at least when I was around.
They did quite a bit of work for me and took three days to finish (which was a day sooner than their initial estimate so I was happy). They installed for me:
1. 35 Recess Lights - They recommended the new low profile Halo brand LED lights with adjustable color temperature which was an excellent choice. Their estimate included the material costs and I though it (the price) wasn't too bad
2. 4 Ceiling fan mounts (only mounts & wiring)
3. 3 220V-30A connections on separate circuits. One was for Electrical Water Heater, One was for Level-2 Charging (involved moving existing wiring and add an outlet inside garage), and one for electric dryer (we had gas) that involved some routing through garage ceiling.
4. Add an exhaust fan in master bath that didn't have any!
I had a minor last minute request to add an ceiling outlet for track lights and they didn't charge me for it!

What impressed me most was the way they optimized the wiring so that least number of holes would need to be cut for routing the wiring. They navigated attic space with ease when it was an option and so they didn't cutout a single extra hold in the ceiling or wall upstairs where there was some attic access available. When they patched the wiring holes it was very clean and they reused the circular cutout so that only minimal pasting/texturing/painting effort was needed (see picture).
Ryan was main contact man and he was good at communicating and responding. Ryan, Dan and Matt were the team that did the work and they were all friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend these guys for any big or small project.

Out of the four contractors we made outreach, Ryan from Quality Electrical Solutions was the first to respond, first to submit their proposal and subsequently the first to be paid! He was on time (in fact a little early) & accommodated our need to finish up working from home before they had to shut the power off to retrofit our sub panel. Didn't leave any sign they were here & are true professionals.

I had 4 outlets that didn't work (bedroom, bathroom, porch, and backyard). They came so quickly and did a fantastic job! Very reasonably priced- no complaints! Highly recommended!

I would give zero stars if I could. We got some lights and plug points installed in the garage. This guy's work almost caused a house fire. We got another electrician after we smelled an acrid smell of burning electrical stuff. Turned out nothing was up to code and we had to pay another electrician to come and repair this. Stay far away. Extremely unsafe. I messaged him to say what had happened. Never heard from him. I had to stop payment on the check. If you already got work done, I recommend you get it checked by another electrician.

I reached out to Quality Electrical Solution and spoke to someone who had me forward a text for contact on some garage electrical work I was looking for assistance with. I had a slight problem initially getting contacted back but once I got connected with Ryan everything went as efficiently as possible. I texted him some pictures and let him knew the scope of work I was looking for. After a brief phone call to confirm some details he sent me an email quote one business day later. His price came in as the most competitive of 4 other sourced quotes. He gave me a target start date 3 or 4 weeks out. No biggie, I get there's other jobs before mine. He called me a few days later and squeezed in my job on a Friday. My job wasn't big - he and one other guy finished in less than 6 hours. We added a panel and breaker to the garage, 10 new outlets, and 6 can lights in the ceiling. My walls were open, no drywall or insulation so it was easy to do, your situation and mileage may vary. He under promised and over performed - stellar performance as a business owner. He's courteous and professional - even going the extra mile in mentioning he can stop by if I had any issues or needed more help as I'm on his normal route. 10/10 would recommend - he's my go to referral for anyone needing electrical work. We just had these guys remove an existing recessed light and replace it with a ceiling fan. They provided a quote very quickly. Not only was the quote quick, but it was detailed, showing the materials we would need. This set them apart from other quotes we had, and indicated to me that they understood exactly what the situation was, and how address it. I appreciated this detail very much. Ryan and Matt came out to do the job. Professional and quick. Wonderful work, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I'm in the process of replacing all the CFL lights with LED retrofits in my home. The project was going smoothly until after I had installed the last LED light in the kitchen and when I flipped the switch, 8 out of 19 lights on the ground floor didn't turn on. I had started to do some troubleshooting on my own but was getting nowhere. Using Yelp I found Quality Electrical Solutions and had started the process of getting a quote from them to come out to diagnose the issue. Instead of immediately trying to schedule a visit, their technician took the time to call me directly to get a better understanding of the issue and after having asked some questions, he provided some more troubleshooting suggestions. By following the technician's over-the-phone support, I was able to resolve the issue within a short amount of time and now all my lights work. He not only saved me money by not having to have them come over but he also saved me time because he was able to guide me where to look first, where I found a loose connection, without having to check all lights again.
I wish I could remember the electrician's name so I can give him a proper shout out but if all the employees at QES are like him, their customer service is impeccable. Thank you again!

This is an overdue review, about a year ago we had an electrical scare when a light switch over heated and burned out the wires, resulting in a power loss to the back half of our home. Turns out the culprit was a pair of electrical panels (main and breaker boxes) which are a known safety risk as they would not trip during a power overload (and in some cases may catch fire).

After talking with several electricians I went with Quality Electrical. Dan offers a quality service which is very up front with no scare tactics, bullshit, or drawn out work times. He showed up when he said, worked hard from beginning to end, and left me with a clean install that passed inspection without any issue.

I will definitely return to Quality Electrical for future work should any arise.
