I called Shane to fix my overhead light in my laundry room and he put me on his schedule right away. The day of the job he arrived right on time, he was very friendly and professional and went right to work. He quickly assessed what was needed and he had the parts right there with him. He was very reasonably priced. Start to finish, it was a great experience. I would absolutely hire him again and refer him to anyone looking for a great electrician!

Wonderful service! Quality Electric went well above and beyond what we expected. We had our electrical panel replaced (for less than competitors charge), and we were provided trouble-shooting services for other issues present in our house. We couldn't be happier! They were professional, efficient, and all around good people. The quality of one's character really matters to us, and Shane (owner?) couldn't have been nicer and more genuine. If we ever have any electrical issues in the future, we will be sure to call Quality Electric, and we advise you do the same.

- I think the home base is in Vacaville, but it looks like they work the whole Sacramento Valley area. Found their info listed in City of Vacaville vendor list.
- Originally got his name as a referral from an electrician I used for a home upgrade job 10 years ago (Dale Van Order) who is now retired. Dale is highly credible.
- Willing to give (and work according to) quote/bid, or also willing to just bill for time and materials (I chose). Provided written invoice upon completion.
- I can do the little things, but I called because part of this stumped me (circuit-breaker panel problem) and I just wanted the whole job done as a package by someone else
- Glad to have found a good electrical maintenance company for my occasional home use.

- Accepts credit card but prefers check. (Kind of doubt he accepts Apple Pay or Android Pay, but I didn't ask.)

I would give this company a ten star rating if I could. I had called a few places to come out after an electrical fire a few weeks before Christmas. One of the companies didn't even look at the root of the fire and said our whole house needed rewiring which would leave us displaced for weeks. Looking for a second opinion, I called Quality Electric. Shane came out the same day to inspect my wiring. He was so personable and professional, it took him a matter of minutes to determine the issue. Needless to say our house not need to be rewired and Shane had his guys over to begin work that afternoon. Thanks to Quality electric, we were back in our home within a few days, and able to enjoy the Holidays in our home.

I wired some lighting wrong in the hallway and after my kids almost tripped down the stairs early in the morning because the lights wouldn't come on I called Shane on my only day off and he squeezed me in his busy schedule to make sure the job was done right and my family was safe. Amazing company!!! It's Valentines Day...haven't had light in my kitchen for weeks. Damn near tears at this point due to other flaky companies bailing on their appointment. I recommend Quality Electric. The team that came to my house was early and had my problems fixed within the hour. Shane the owner checked in with his workers a few times during the hour and had a real hands-on approach to making sure the customer was happy. He knew what my problem was before they even looked at the lights.

The job was well done and within the time frame that was promised. An all around great experience.

Quality electric was fantastic with me. They saved us money and provided us with a simple fix.

We were having trouble getting power to our backyard patio outlets, I wasn't sure what it could be, after spending some time trying to figure out what it was, I decided to call Quality Electric. Shane was quick to give me a call back and provided answers to the questions I had. We booked an appointment for them to come out and look at the possible problem. It was then that Shane provided me with possible troubleshooting tips to see if we could find the problem to save the trouble of them coming out for something that is relatively simple to fix. His first solution worked!

Some electricians would've been greedy in my situation and probably not given me any good advice, and would've charged me to even come out and look at the issue. But I'm very impressed with the honesty that Shane and the guys at Quality Electric have. They're good people and I will recommend to friends and family if they need work done.
