A few years ago, I hired Shane and his crew to rewire our home. Shane was easy to talk to and he and his crew showed they knew what they were doing. Since then, I have had them install lighting fixtures and move a ceiling fan. They also installed electrical outlets outside our home. I have not had any problems with their work and would recommend their services.

I'm totally satisfied with Quality Electric. The initial discussion went well; Shane is very easy to talk with. My situations is an older house that needed all new plugs and switches, I also needed to install some new plugs.

In my case, it made sense to go with the time and materials cost structure. This included an approximate cost depending on what was added or discovered that needed attention. It is important to say that Brandon, the lead electrician on-site was totally flexible in his approach and several details were able to be discussed and decided as the workday proceeded.

All work was completed quickly and professionally. I was given a very reasonable bill at the end of the day. In my view, this project could not have gone any better.

Shane and his crew know electrical systems and they are careful and courteous. They rewired my 90plus year old house without any issues. My husband was concerned about not being able to rewire the antique scones by the fireplace, but they completed it without any issues. They checked the wiring in remodeled kitchen and bathrooms and discovered a few issues. For me, safety is paramount when it comes to electricity. They nailed it. In addition to rewiring, they installed a new electric panel and a whole house surge protector. Shane responded within a few days to my inquiry and spent a hour talking to me answering my questions. Like other clients mentioned, he does not visit your house, but I was able to tell by his answers he was experienced. He requested photos of the panel and sub panel. We moved our furniture to facilitate their work. My husband is one tough customer re contractor, but Shane and his crew exceeded his standards.

I live in a very old house (1920) in the Land Park area of Sacramento that had knob and tube wiring throughout. This place was so old, my dining room didn't even have an outlet. Extension cords all over the place. I finally had enough and by happenstance met Shane working on a house a couple of blocks away and explained my situation. He said he'd be happy to upgrade my house but that it would be a couple of months before he could get to me. That was in early spring. As promised, he scheduled me for May, figuring it would take three days. He and his friendly, courteous and efficient coworkers were in and out of here in two and a half days. Electrical work is not cheap, but these guys were worth every penny. I can't say enough good about them. Zero complaints. Sorry it's taken me so long to get around to a review, Shane, but I split for a long, off-grid vacation right after you finished the job. Nice to come home and have lights where there were none before and electrical outlets aplenty. Thanks guys!

Shane and his team are great. Their prices aren't the lowest but we're still very reasonable. He was responsive and on time, as well as quoted accurately for the work that was done. He even noticed a few things around my house (plumbing issues) he suggested I get looked at. We would definitely hire them again!
