The technician who arrived, Quincey Johnson, was high on cocaine, reeked of smoke, and was horribly condescending and sexist. He made several inappropriate comments to my wife. She was so afraid to be home alone with him, she messaged me to leave work to be present for the repairs. When I arrived, he tried intimidating me and making comments such as my wife needing a real man. I can't say how good of an electrician he is because I threatened to call the police if he did not leave. I don't know if he is the owner of this business or a technician working for the business. Either way, this was an unprofessional and frightening experience.
