I had an emergency gate issue and could not exit my property when there was a fire in the hills above my home, and Mario instantly sent the amazing Antonio to the rescue. Antonio was one of the most expert gate techs I have ever met. He not only diagnosed my issue but he had the necessary parts and repaired the issue quickly. But beyond his expertise, he was very patient and kind and took great pains to make sure I understood how to open the gate under emergency conditions in the future. I cannot express how grateful I am to both Antonio and Mario for instantly responding when I was in an emergency situation. If there were a 6th star rating, I would give it. These guys stand by their work and pride themselves on their customer care.

I spoke to Mario who visited the site, assessed the situation and provided a reasonable/competitive price. The service technician was scheduled within two days for the entire repair.
Tony, the tech, came and fixed all the issues with the gate and an extra service gate which was too tight to open. He was also very professional and friendly.
I have dealt with several gate companies for twenty years and by far, QSE satisfied all the categories of professional, pleasant service.
