Called to handle a tripped breaker that would not reset. Rafael responded quickly and Luis was at our home on a weekend within 90 minutes of the call. He diagnosed the problem, explained the cause very thoroughly, and presented several options to us. Polite and professional. Issue was repaired within an hour and for a very reasonable charge given the emergency weekend service. Overall, I strongly recommend them!

So for the past few months I have been experiencing my breaker tripping because when I turn on my Tv and plug in the iron. I thought at first maybe I had too much plugged up. As the time went on it started tripping more when I had on too many lights. I contacted the original guy who replaced my panel box and he was MIA no return call or nothing. So I found Rafael's number in my phone and I called him up he was very professional because he picked up my call but let me know he would call me back once he was done with his current job. Indeed he did call me back and I explained what was going on and he said he could look at it next day. Well later on that day he contacted me to ask if I was available and I was so he came same day after hours and solved the problem. Apparently, my breakers were sensitive and trip for anything. He replaced the breakers that were tripping and he gave me a 90 day warranty but so far everything has been A ok!! My gf and sister who were home when Rafael stopped by kept telling me he was so nice and thorough and for that he deserves a 5 star!!! Thank you Rafael!! you are my new Electrician!!

I recently needed to have some electrical work done and Qlty was recommended by my contractor. I was very happy with the experience. Rafael is the owner and he is very detail-oriented and professional, which is exactly what you want when you are working with electricity. He was very punctual and neat, even when taking down drywall. He explained everything to me and worked with me when unexpected extra work came up. His assistant was very polite and together they worked efficiently all day to complete the job on time, even with the extra work. I felt very confident in their work and I really appreciated how quiet they were, as I was working from home. His prices are extremely reasonable and he is very fair when dealing with the unexpected, which often happens when you open up walls. I will need more work done in the future and will be calling Rafael to help me. I highly recommend him.

Thank you to Rafael and his team for our electrical panel upgrade and bringing our 1940's house lighting to 2019. In two days he and his team upgraded our panel, got the work approved by the city, installed all new recessed lights with smart switches and dimmers. Additionally they installed our Ring security doorbell and a new ceiling fan. Friendly, Fast, and Affordable service!
