I had a problem with my circuit breaker panel where when certain lights or electrical appliances were used, the switches would flip and shut down some of the lights, my computer and TV. Pyramid Electric (Joe) was recommended to my from a family member and when I called, they came out immediately to my home. After checking everything, Joe found nothing wrong and explained what might be causing the problem (possibly a faulty lamp or surge protector). Because of his help I was able to find the problem and no longer have the problem. I would highly recommend Pyramid to anyone needing electrical help. I called to get help with two or three minor problems that would only require an hour or less. The man I spoke to obviously didn't want the job. So, after he quoted me $175 an hour labor, I obviously backed out. I was surprised that his attitude conveyed a lack of concern for even considering my request.

I needed a wall outlet near the ceiling for a TV we installed
Joe came to my home later in the morning, gave me a quote and then later in afternoon 2 of his partners came the wall outlet was installed

Do not use unless you like being ripped off! They will overcharge based on your size of house and claim that's what was quoted. Plus, not all of my lights work after they installed them

being relatively new to the area, I was not prepared how many electricians either never cal you back or never show up when they are supposed to.

This is far from the truth for Pyramid. Joe and Andy showed up on time and were professional, courteous and took the time to do things right. They were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves and were great to deal with.

Couldn't recommend them more.
