This company came at the exact time they said they would. Reliable. They worked fast. They were half the price of every other hauler. I got quoted 250 from other companies. I highly recommend using Purpose Property Solutions. I've used them for several years and they've done all types of work on several of my homes. Their prices are very fair and reasonable compared to other companies I've used in the past. They've done all types of work including electrical, painting, plumbing, helping me move, junk removal and a fantastic job fixing drainage issues in my backyard. Thank you David and Felix for all the work you did to make my new home look fantastic.

My dad did cuss him out for being a SHADY BUSINESS MAN. I did find someone to move the hot water heater to the garage for a quoted price of $850. I happily paid him $1000 for the 5 hours of work. I had a job I needed to get done in Downtown Sac. Called them out and they showed up fast, helped get the ceilings finished and worked late to do so. Cleaned up and hauled everything after. Highly recommended!

Highly unprofessional attitude by owner and sends the wrong people to do the job. The guy sent couldn't find a stud in the wall if you gave him a GPS that pinpointed the exact location. He kept getting the measurements wrong and I had to keep correcting him. Then he wanted to try and charge me more than what was quoted (that didn't work). Learn how to properly quote a job and honor your quotes without the customer having to back the employee down to ensure you honor your quotes. The pouting and the ""playing the victim card"" was pretty pitiful on the owner's part. The owner needs to practice what he preaches with his religious values that he so proudly displays on his website.

Prompt. Courteous. Flat rate. I volunteered a bit extra so they would come on the weekend (cheaper than losing time off work). I had found a few extra things that I wanted hauled away (I'd killed my vacuum after making the appointment for example), and he stuck to his flat rate -- whatever I wanted hauled away, if it fit in their trailer, there was no extra charge. They had a cute puppy, too (well, a full-grown German Shepherd, but still cute as a puppy).

I needed someone to haul away my construction demo. I ended up using purpose property because the owner was polite, prompt, and very responsive. Great service, I will use them again in the future for every haul away I need. They showed up with a massive trailer and got right to work. They even swept up the area before leaving. That was very unexpected and very much appreciated. I think it's so important during these challenging times to support local family owned businesses.
