I called pure Air and they called me right back. Tom came to my house on the same-day checking my heating issues. Tom is very professional. The heating system has been fixed with warranty. I recommend pure Air to my family.

Well what can I say we had a shady guy come and give us a half done job. 3 different techs later we find the wrong free on was used and our compressor is done for. Spend 1 week in 90+degree. I was at my wits end.
Then I found Brian at Pure Air. He spent over 45 minutes on the phone with me, taking the time to explain what problems could be causing all the issues, he took it a step further by offering me pricing and all the possible options for my situation. He sent out one of his tech guys to look at our AC unit and help us sort out the best viable solution. I would recommend them to anyone, they were patient, honest, and wonderful to deal with.

Pure Air saved me! Before calling Pure Air I spoke with another HVAC company who quoted me $2,200 to fix my system and was pushing so hard for me to buy a complete new HVAC system. On short notice I called Pure Air. They came out the same day, within hours of calling. Replaced a part on the Central AC and only came out of pocket for $200. All this while Brian, helped coordinate with my tenants and I did not even need to be there. I am a Realtor and deal with a lot of vendors on an on going basis. Pure Air is professional, timely, and I will definitely refer them as my go to HVAC company for family, friends, and clients.

Big Thanks to Ronnie and Brian! They came out within 30 minutes and even though it was more complicated than switching out a condensate pump, they honored the original price! I definitely recommend going here for any HVAC and electrical services. I'll be calling Pure Air for my future repairs!

Tom just left my home and let me tell you, he is a life saver in this heat. He conveniently was able to come by and get my ac going after work. Every other place had to call me back for an appointment and wanted to do the work during work hours. I called this afternoon and he was here after work to help. Thank you, me and my dogs are now CHILLIN at home.

I am a HUGE fan! Pure Air was able to service my air conditioning system with a last minute call. My house was 90 degrees when Tom arrived, and now I'm at a comfortable 70 degrees. Pure Air came out to my home when all other companies said they could not accommodate my same day service request.

Excellent cost and quality service. Tom has come to my house several times to adjust the proposal to give final reasonable cost. His team has worked extra quality hours to install my A/C and furnace. His team also has done extra work when asked to replace the air vent grills.

I had a circuit breaker break and submitted an online request for a quote late at night. Tom actually texted me back quickly at 1:30am. He called me the next day and came by when he said he would and fixed the porch light I needed and checked the breaker. He said it was old, which it is, and that he would have to pick up the part, but it was already Friday late afternoon and he would have to get it on Monday. Anyway, he was able to get my circuit working temporarily until he could replace the old breaker.
Anyway, he fixed it as promised and did a great job.
