I'm really lucky I found this company. I found them on Tranes website as an authorized Trane dealer. The owner Tom is very nice, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. His crew was also very professional and courteous. They did a great job installing my system and I highly recommend them!

We had Tom and his crew install an entire HVAC system complete with furnace, compressor, and outdoor coil of the Trane brand in Costa Mesa.

This review is long over-due, and Tom and Pure Air deserve 5/5 for their excellent work, honest nature, and careful install.

He came out same day, gave a very reasonable quote, and had the entire system up and running the next day. I cannot recommend him enough and would love the chance to refer him to friends and family. Don't hesitate with getting your system fixed or replaced with his company!

We have been stressing out about our A/C for over a year now. It was something my husband and I were both not looking forward to getting done, as we knew it would be a huge cost that would set us back financially. However, push came to shove when we had the hot summer months, and with my mother-in-law living in the house without any means of relief from the heat, we both decided that replacing the A/C was of paramount importance.

My husband called a number of other places to hear their opinion about our broken unit and got quotes that all hit around the same expensive ball park. Then we finally met Tom.

Tom stopped by and answered all of our questions. He even informed us about the type of A/C we had, and how it ranked with energy saving. He never pressured us into buying anything, and told us with upfront honesty about what we needed and what was not necessary. We discovered later that the other companies were going to charge us an arm and a leg for an inferior A/C unit! We were shocked and extremely relieved to finally find someone who wasn't going to pull a wool over our eyes.

Tom later informed us that while our heating unit was fine, he was willing to replace it for a discounted price (an amazing bargain). He was understanding of our tight financial situation and was more than willing to work with us.

Tom is the man to go to for your A/C needs! He's a busy man for a reason, but he will definitely take care of you!

My A/C had a serious leak and needed to be replaced completely. When I called Tom, he was very friendly and agreed to come and check the unit out. When he came over, we sat down outside and I must have asked him a hundred questions, but he answered each one without ever pushing me to buy anything. He explained very clearly why my unit wasn't working, the price it would take to replace it, and what they would need to do. He explained to me my options, and the pros and cons of each.

He understood my financial situation, and was willing to work with me on the pricing. He mentioned that my heater was functional and did not need to be replaced, but since they'll be going up to the attic anyway, he would give me a deal on it (and after researching more i found it to be an amazing deal). Again, never pressuring me to buy it at all, but I'm glad i went for it. After we agreed on the final price, I called about 3 other companies to ask about their pricing for a similar job, and none of them came close to what Tom offered, he was at least $1000 below everyone else. Being in a financial pinch, my choice was obvious.

When the crew came, my family and I were surprised by how clean and respectful they were. Very cheerful crew and worked diligently the whole time. They were very kind to my family, and they did an amazing job setting up everything. Their cleanup however was really impressive, not a single spec of dust remained on the ground! They even laid out a big cloth to avoid dirtying the carpet, even my mother was impressed with their cleanliness after the job was done, and believe me, that's saying a lot!

I'm so happy with my new setup, no problems so far, the system is running so quietly and beautifully. But most of all, I'm really glad i got to meet Tom and his crew, cause I can trust them to take care of my problems in the future and give me a peace of mind.

They remove the old asbestos duct work and replaced it all in one day. Very professional. Neat, clean and polite, bot more importantly, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had Pure Air install a Trane air conditioning unit for us. Tom Nguyen the owner was fantastic. He was able to work within our budget and even had suggestions/recommendations for us. Anytime I had a question, he would reply back in a timely manner. Our installation took three days. His staff came on time, worked very hard, and cleaned up the area every night before they left.

Tom Nguyen is the epitome of professionalism as was his entire team. We kept on getting refrigerant leaks in our AC system from previous not-up-to-par installs. Tom's team reported for duty on time / on the dot as promised, and was very hard working the entire day installing a new pair of Trane units to replace our almost 5-yr-old Goodman GSC13 units. Hopefully this pair would last longer than our last set. May the PureAIR magic be with us for at least 10+ years.

Called Tom at 7:30am and he returned my call from answer service at 8:10am. He came to my mothers home at 10:00am and diagnosed the problem, went for part and charged compressor properly. He also installed new thermostat that was easier for my mother to understand and operate. He checked intake and return temperatures and was finished shortly after 1:00pm. Job well done. Never did I write any review to any business I dealt in my life. But Tom and his crew are very reliable in putting up a new Trane AC in my house last October. It's stress free cause they came in do their job efficiently then left my house clean after installations. Price was very reasonable.
Now, me and my wife feel so comfortable this summer. Thanks to Pure Air, Tom and his Crew.
