What a wonderful experience we had with Fernando Pulido and his company! Our old fireplace needed a lot of work, and Fernando managed the entire process without a glitch. He advised us on options, discussed pros and cons to help us make decisions, and was totally honest and helpful in every way. His prices were very reasonable, and the quality of his work was superb. His time estimate for the work was precise, and he dealt with any obstacles with ease. We only have one chimney, but we will be looking for other ways to work with Fernando's general construction company. Fabulous work, wonderful people, great job Fernando!!! They responded promptly to my call for help, and once they arrived at my home, were able to assess the non-obvious cause of the problem with my gas insert fireplace, and they fixed it for a reasonable fee. Quick to call me and quick to provide service. Got our gas fireplace back up and running in no time. Salvador cleaned the back, the control center, all the glass, and made it like new. Would use them again.

I was searching several days to get a company to come service my Napoleon gas insert. It was cutting off and had a smell. Other companies either didn't service the area or they couldn't come for a month, or didn't return my call at all.

This company returned my call the same day and 2 days later I had an appointment.

Salvador (I hope I'm spelling his name right) was knowledgeable, and went way beyond by showing me the parts of the fireplace and how I could arrange it to suit my needs and lower the blower to save energy. He cleaned my insert showing me the white stuff that was possibly causing the smell, he straighten the fireplace door so it fastened properly, showed why it was shutting off.

I'm using my fireplace now as I type this review. No smell and it's staying on . If you need your gas insert serviced give them a call !
