Breaker went out and simple reset didn't seem to work. Called Puckett and someone picked up the phone quickly. Explained my issue and the gentlemen kindly confirmed whether or not I had unplugged everything going to that breaker. I had not. He asked I unplug everything and try again as it is a common fix and would save us both time and money. The gentlemen patiently waited while I unplugged everything and reset the breaker with a 10 sec pause. Breaker turned right on. Definitely calling Puckett if I have any future electrical repairs and will refer to friends.

We bought an electric vehicle and I was looking for a reputable company to install a 50Amps breaker and a 14-50 Nema outlet out of it.
Puckett was the best electric company I have ever hired. They asked me a couple of questions about the location and model of the electrical panel and it there was space to add a breaker.
They gave me a quote over the phone and an appointment a couple of days later. Puckett electricians arrived on time and completed the installation in just 20 minutes.

I've had Puckett's out to the house several times, Matt always does a good job. Being a mom an pop type of company you will have minor issues. they don't call you back when they say they will, Don't have the man power to get some one out for a couple days,or out quickly during an emergency. I spoke with Todd on the phone and made an appointment to meet me for an estimate and was a no show. My advise is, when you speak with them make an official appointment, otherwise they may not follow up with you.

They arrived on time and immediately went to work. We called them for a particular outlet and vanity light. They checked all the outlets, installed new fixtures, plus more. Very pleased with the work, pricing and the professionalism of the techs. Will definitely use them again.

Hired the right company with a real passion for their job! Needed some work done on our electrical panel in the basement. Cleaned up some old wiring and fixed some switches that had been messed up for some time. Very honest and hard workers, didn't try to over charge or up sell me on useless ""repairs"".Good service at a fair price. Can't ask for much better than that.

Had a bit of a hard time communicating over the phone, but got worked out in person. Be looking to get some quotes for future projects. Excited to work with this crew again.

I requested a quote for services through Yelp and Todd replied very promptly to discuss the electrical issues. We booked an appointment for the next day, which Todd arrived promptly (even early!) for. This was especially nice since the electrician we'd booked for the previous day no-showed their appointment.

Todd fixed our garbage disposal switch and switch plate (which had broken off), ensured it was in working order, and even asked if there was anything else that needed to be looked at. We had an outlet that never had power and he fixed that too! He was quick, affordable, and dependable.

We will be booking him for some bigger electrical repairs that he kindly surveyed with me at my appointment. Definitely recommend Puckett Electric!

Fantastic and professional - everyone should use Puckett Electric. They have installed fixtures and new outlets throughout my aging home. I've hired them before to install large kitchen appliances (stovetop and double ovens) they are always quick and courteous. I will have them back to repair more aging electrical issues!

Great service. We had them change out 5 hanging lights and one ceiling fan on 16+ ceilings. They did a great job and got it done within the quoted time. Will be using them again in the future

I am so glad I called these guys! They were very professional, nice, on time (actually early!!), and had told me they could hang my light in an hour;however, it took longer than expected but they only charged me the hour price. I would 100% call them again for anything electrical.
