A few months ago I decided that I needed to enhance my decor. I decided the first thing that I would do would be to get canned lighting in my living and dining area. I was referred to Phil with PSL Electrical. Phil came out to give me an estimate on the different areas and what types of canned I might be interested in. He was quite the professional and offered lots of insight. After making a few notes he stated that he would work up a quote. I had the quote returned to me in a matter of less than 1 day!! Needless to say the quote was right in line with my budget...He was hired!
After about 2 1/2 days, PSL Electrical had installed 8 Canns, moved some electrical wiring, installed a dimmer and replaced an existing ""non-working"" light switch!!!
The end results are astounding and I couldn't be happier!
Any and all future electrical work needed here in my home will most definitely go to PSL Electrical!!

Phil is an excellent electrician. We had a small job in Moraga that he gave us an excellent priceshowed up when he said he would and did very quality work. I'll use them again.

This is a secondary post as yelp has lost a lot of positive reviews including some for my own business... Phil is a qualified electrician and he does what he says he's going to do... That's not easy to find today. I highly recommend him, his work is good his prices are fair. Steve

Phil Installed a transfer switch into my house.

He responded to my call right a way. Gave me an estimate in 2 days. Started the project 3 or 4 days later. We tested the install, it worKed great. He retextured the wall where he made cut outs for the transfer switch panel. He Wrote out and laminated the user instructions for the generator and transfer switch. He used a sharpie to label the transfer switch panel. He, also, labeled the cable, he made, telling us which was the plug for the generator and which was the plug for the transfer switch. Phil cleaned up the area during the job.

Phil did a very good job and his rates were very reasonable.
