Company Overview

We focus on addressing minor electrical problems that larger companies often overlook.

Starting as a family-owned company, we emphasize taking care of our customers and providing top-notch service. We consistently offer electrical expertise and support with patience, respect, and attention to detail. We take the time to clarify to each customer, in understandable language, what needs to be addressed and the rationale behind it. Our approach is to treat each person with respect and compassion, never allowing clients to wait without reason. We build our business on strong relationships, transforming clients into friends.

I am a Master Electrician with twenty-seven years of experience in the field. I am not just the owner; I actively work alongside my team and train both employees and students every day. I have spent the last five years teaching at an apprenticeship school.

This is our third time using Providence Electric, and I must say the third was just as good as the first time. They never fail to give quality, prompt, and professional service. I appreciate their honesty and expertise! I will definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors.

I saw a truck from this company create a dangerous inconsiderate driving condition. He cut off a 18 wheeler in a on ramp causing the 18 wheeler to brake hard. All because he could not wait a few more moments to let the 18 wheeler clear. Would you want some one who is only thinking of them selves working on your home? Actions say a lot about how this company would treat you.

We bought a home that had electrical problems. We called Zach and he found the source of the problems quickly and was able to repair everything on the spot. He was very professional, prompt, and courteous. He answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. We have hired different electricians in the past and Zack is at the top of our list for his knowledge, expertise, and reliability. We highly recommend him!

Thank you!!! Twice I have had pop and burning smells... once with a dryer and last night when lightening hit my house. Both times Zachary was there and making sure everything was okay.
Who can say they have seen real lightening in their living room??? Scary scary scary.

We are very happy with the work and customer service Providence Electric provided. They came to inspect wiring in our new home and add a could of exterior outlets. They were prompt and courteous, and very fair to work with. They found and corrected some issues while they were working the original job. They performed everything with a very fair price that fell below our planned budget. I'm very happy with Providence and will use them for any new projects in the future. Highly recommend this team!

Zackary Jarmon at Providence Electric came to our home last week to complete a minor repair. In doing this he unplugged our sump pump. He never plugged it back in. As a result our house flooded. There were 1000 dollars in damages and he refused to take any responsibility.

When we called he said that we should get an estimate and call him back so he could deal with the issue since his insurance wouldn't cover it. When we did that and called him back with an estimate he said that after thinking long and hard he decided it's not his responsibility to fix it.

According to him it was not his job to plug it back in.

He went so far as to say he is responsible for his house, not ours. This is of course illogical as his job is to go into other people's homes and do work.

He was rude, unethical, and created a ridiculously expensive project for us.

I can't imagine how he is still in business.

I'm am angry and shocked that someone like this calls himself a professional.
