Homeowner's insurance company decided to inform us at the near last minute that they wanted our panels changed, despite knowing about the panels when we bought the home almost a year ago now. We had 2 indoor electrical panels, one that, thanks to Keith, we discovered was actually not up to code for another reason we didn't know, which was because of it's placement. Found these folks on Angie's list. Submitted a request for a call through there around 6 pm - 7 pm time frame. Keith called us within 30 minutes of that request. He was very understanding and came out within 2 days of that call.




When Keith and another gentlemen (I regret not getting his name), came out for the quote, he was super polite. He knew exactly what we needed and told us exactly what he was going to do.



Within a week later, they were at our home replacing the panels as well as bringing the panel that was placed in a bad spot. They also discovered some additional wiring that needed to be changed out and immediately informed us, as well as an estimate on the cost of it. The entire time they worked on our home, they wore PPE, and minimized the mess that was made. The sheetrock that was cut was placed back appropriately. No holes left or major gaps were left afterwards. All small bits of trash was thrown in the garbage. Not a single bit of junk left in the house or in the yard on the side of the house. Doors were kept closed as much as possible. (We have pets and we tried to cool down the house as low as possible prior to them arriving.)



Once the project as done, he took pictures for us to send to our insurance company, as well as an email with other information.



This whole project was on a tight budget due to it being last minute, but it was absolutely worth every penny just alone by the fact of how Keith and his coworker treated us and our home. Two other electricians quoted us nearly double what these guys quoted us. While they were nice, they didn't seem to notice some of the other code violations, nor did they seem to fully understand what the insurance company was asking for.




If we need electrical work in the future, we will absolutely be giving these guys a call again.

Our main circuit breaker outside the house got ""fried"" during an electrical storm. In desperation I called Keith Davis of Proverbs Elite Contracting. He was on his way home from the end of his work day, but cheerfully agreed to drive over to check out our problem. He arrived within 15 minutes! He diagnosed the problem and explained to us what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. He gave us an estimate. We requested him to fix the problem that evening if possible as we had no electrical power to the house. He agreed, went to procure the repair parts and materials he needed, and returned within the hour with a helper so that he could accomplish the task faster for us. He worked until after dark to fix the problem, resulting in us having electricity restored to our home! Keith was friendly, professional, organized, and neat. I think the price for the repair was fair ($1,100) as it was done on a same day emergency basis. We very much appreciated Keith accommodating us so that we did not have to go through a night without power and A/C. I would highly recommend Keith and will certainly use his services again in the future when the need arises.
