We worked with Proven Connections Group on our remodeling project where we wanted to upgrade our Amps and move the PG&E cable from the transformer to be closer to the house panel. Working with Monica and Brenda from Proven Connections Group has been an A++ experience E2E. Prior to hiring Proven Connections Group, I tried working with PG&E directly and it was a total nightmare. PG&E kept rejecting my application and then quoted me $15K out of my own pocket. I got quite frustrated with PG&E and nearly gave up. We used Proven Connections Group (PCG) to facilitate the upgrade of our home's electrical service to 400 amps with PGE. PCG came into the picture after I had worked with PGE to create a plan for the upgrade and PGE generated engineering diagrams for the trenching required for our underground utilities. That process was quite painful and I'm sure PCG could have helped with that too but we were not introduced to them until later. In our case, PCG coordinated the trenching, new main panel install, electrification of the new main panel, and conversion of our old main panel into a sub panel. I cannot stress enough how smooth this process was with PCG. And fast - I know that without PCG things would have taken a lot longer. Their services do of course add an extra cost that you could save on if you do everything yourself but the amount of stress and hassle you save is so worth it. They took care of all of the on-site work which saved us from having to take time away from our own jobs etc.
