Angel is an absolute angel! I called this evening when half of our house's power went out and he explained the most likely issue to me and patiently waited/walked me through the process of fixing it (which I was embarrassingly bad at, so this took a lot of patience lol!). I was so stressed out because the heaters for my pets were all off and it's been so cold at night recently, but he really saved us.

The other places I called before reaching ProPower Electric either didn't pick up or said it would cost around $200 to come out just to diagnose the problem since it was ""after hours,"" but Angel literally helped us fix things over the phone and never asked for anything. He definitely didn't need to do all that for us and his generosity is much appreciated. Either way, my pets are sleeping soundly and I definitely know who to call for future electrical issues! I called Propower Electric because our refrigerator went out along with some lights on the same circuit. They came out the same day i called, even though it was a busy day for them. They knew exactly what my problem was just from my describing the problem to them. They were efficient, courteous and finished the job in less than an hour. When they were done they cleaned up everything. Their prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an electrical problem.
