Half of our house was without power and some of our outlets weren't working. After doing some searching I found Proper Electric. They responded quickly and gave me a reasonable quote compared to other companies/people. My roommates and myself wfh and felt very comfortable with Will and his son here. His son Alex was able to walk me through in layman terms so I can better understand what they were doing and why they were doing it.

I reached out to Home Depot for an electrician referral. William came to the property, inspected the job site and provided an estimate a few days later. He provided the best quote of all the companies that came out. When I contacted him to schedule the job, he asked what other electricians charged me for the same project. I was a little hesitant to respond at 1st but I did. The next day he increased the price of the original quote and stated he got my project mixed up with a different house.. He said he would come back to re-inspect the property and never did. NO CALL, NO SHOW. I'm very surprised that home depot would even refer a company such as this. Beware when dealing with this company.

My air conditioner exploded thank God I was home there was a few flames. Turns out the wall socket needed to be replaced. They even helped fix the bathroom that wasn't working for years. They came in a timely manner wearing mask. very helpful. Great customer service. Didn't feel like I was over charged. Great experience over all. Thank you guys for all your help.

Hello Everything. I never leave reviews but had to everything was great. WILL was very knowledgeable and took all precautions on all safety measures needed to secure an electrical panel and covid safe and colleague were very detailed and proffesiional..
